摘 要

本次是在棋盘洲长江大桥连接线阳新至大冶段第一标段进行施工组织设计研究的毕业实习。随着道路施工技术的不断进步，对于涵洞的规格要求也愈来愈严格，到了今天涵洞通道的施工技术日益成熟，主流的涵洞通道施工技术已经得到了全面的推广，在这种形势下，如何进一步提高涵洞通道的施工工程质量和施工效率，涵洞通道的施工组织设计研究便被提上了日程。如何在日常的涵洞施工中把握施工的细节，提高施工的质量，在施工进行中怎样进行工程质量把控和监督这都是施工组织设计要研究的内容。在现场施工机械的数量和施工人员都有限的情况下，如何有效的利用有限的机械和施工人员，这是施工管理要把握的细节。只有在施工前完成详细规范的施工组织设计与管理研究，才能在施工中保证施工的质量和速度。本次实习的目的就是在棋盘洲长江大桥连接线阳新至大冶段项目完成盖板涵通道的施工组织设计与管理，并完成实习任务书中的一系列任务。关键词：涵洞通道 组织与管理 施工技术研究 现场施工

Abstract
