摘 要

随着我国经济实力的不断增强，近年来在各个主要城市的中心地段都建立了大型商业综合体。现今的大型商业综合体不仅承载着单一的商品交易功能，还为人们提供了理想的办公、娱乐、休闲、健身等场所，是目前国际上最流行、最符合发展需求的复合商业业态。同时，它也具有节约土地、提高效率、改善景观等诸多优势。

大型商业综合体是城市的交通聚集区，交通出行总量高、密集度大、单位面积上的车流量、人流量均属城市较高水平，如果在规划上处理不当、易出现交通拥堵。究其原因，一是交通结构不合理，交通设施配建不足；二是一些城建项目的建筑规模大，建设周期长，这些项目有时并未进行全面论证。当项目建成后，往往会引发一些交通问题。

交通影响分析（TIA，亦称交通影响评价）作为一种交通手段，通过研究分析建设项目投入使用后新增交通需求，从交通专业角度衡量建设项目对周围交通系统的影响程度，通过分析建设项目对周边交通的影响显著性，判断建设项目合理性和对项目进行重新选址及方案设计的必要性，避免总是事后对交通问题采取补救措施。

本文通过针对具体的实体项目的交通需求预测、交通量生成等信息来分析大型商业综合体的交通影响程度，并对其进行分析和交通组织设计，从而研究大型商业综合体交通影响评价的内容及程序。

Abstract

With the constant enhancement of the economic strength of our country, in recent years, in the center of the major city has established large commercial complex. Today's large commercial complex not only carrying a single commodity trading functions, for the people provides the ideal office, entertainment, leisure, fitness, and other places is currently the most popular, the most in line with the development needs of the complex commercial format.At the same time, it also has to save the land, increase efficiency, improve the landscape etc. and many other advantages.

Large commercial complex is the traffic in the city is gathering area, the transportation amount high, intensity, per unit area on the traffic flow, the flow of people belong to the city and the high level, if the mishandling of the planning, prone to traffic congestion. The reason, one is the transportation structure is not reasonable, traffic facilities built with inadequate; the second is some urban construction project construction on a large scale, long construction period, the project sometimes did not fully demonstrated, when after the completion of the project, often lead to some of the traffic problems.

Traffic impact analysis (TIA, also known as the traffic impact evaluation) as a means of transport, through the research of construction projects put into use the new traffic demand, measure project construction from the perspective of professional traffic impact on the surrounding traffic system, through the analysis of the construction project of peripheral traffic impact significantly determine project construction rationality and the project were the necessity of re location and design, avoid always after the traffic problems to take remedial measures.

Through for the specific entity project of traffic demand prediction and traffic generation and other information to analyze large commercial complex traffic impact degree, and carries on the analysis and traffic organization design, in order to study the content and procedure of the large commercial complex traffic impact evaluation.

然而，大型商业综合体主要建设在城市中心区域的交通聚集区内，建成后其交通出行总量、密集程度、单位面积上的机动车流量、行出行量等数据均达到较高的水平，如果在规划上处理不当、容易出现交通拥堵现象。造成交通拥堵的原因，主要是交通结构设置不合理，交通设施的配建数量不足；其次是一些城建项目的建筑规模大，建设周期长。
