南京现代有轨电车运营现状分析及运量提高策略毕业论文

摘 要
近年来,集绿色、智能、人文为一体的现代有轨电车在我国迅速发展,成为公共交通系统的重要一环,能够有效缓解城市交通污染及拥堵问题。但从目前我国开通有轨电车的线路运行情况来看,普遍存在运量低下、运行速度低、客流负荷强度不高等问题。以南京现代有轨电车为例,南京河西有轨电车与麒麟有轨电车都面临着运量偏低的问题。因此,其中原因值得深入研究,提高有轨电车运量也成为了势在必行的重要举措,具有长期的现实意义。本文依托当前南京已经开通的两条线—河西新城有轨电车一号线和麒麟科技园现代有轨电车线路,分析运量低的深层次原因,提出已开通运营的现代有轨电车运量提高的相应策略。以期提高对有轨电车的认识,促进南京现代有轨电车的可持续健康发展,也为其他有轨电车的规划和发展提供了借鉴依据。
首先,论文在现代有轨电车基本特征分析的基础上,明确了现代有轨电车的运行特征及功能定位。然后从自身和外部两方面出发剖析影响有轨电车运量的主要因素,并根据这些因素针对南京河西、麒麟有轨电车的运量情况进行具体分析。从出行者的行为心理出发去考虑发车间隔、与常规公交线路的衔接、有轨电车运营三方面为影响河西、麒麟有轨电车运量偏低的主要原因。
第二, 基于现代有轨电车发车间隔影响因素和河西、麒麟有轨电车的客流情况分析,为使有轨电车客运量最大化,吸引潜在客流,分别得出了河西、麒麟有轨电车的合理发车间隔。
第三,在研究有轨电车与常规公交线路协调关系中,明确了现代有轨电车走廊的概念,在走廊内对常规公交线路进行调整,以期减少两者的竞争关系,吸引竞争性客流,增大有轨电车吸引力,使得乘客选择有轨电车出行,从而提高有轨电车的运量。针对河西、麒麟有轨电车走廊内的常规公交线路提出具体的调整策略。
最后,通过分析地铁化、公交化、专门运营公司三种运营模式及其适用性,为制定符合现代有轨电车特点的运营模式提供了借鉴意义,以求减低运营成本,确保现代有轨电车健康、高效的可持续性发展。

Analysis of Current Operation Situation of Nanjing Modern Trams and Strategies for Increasing Traffic Volume
Abstract
In order to alleviate the problem of urban traffic congestion, various regions have actively developed rail transit. In recent years, modern trams have developed rapidly in China. However, judging from the current operation of tram lines in China, there are generally problems such as low traffic volume, low operation speed and low passenger flow load intensity. Taking Nanjing modern tram as an example, both Hexi tram and Kirin tram in Nanjing are facing the problem of low traffic volume. Therefore, the reasons are worthy of in-depth study, and improving the traffic volume of trams has become an imperative and important measure with long-term practical significance. Based on the two lines that have been opened in Nanjing-Hexi New Town Tram Line 1 and Kirin Science Park's modern tram line, this paper analyzes the deep-seated reasons for the low traffic volume and puts forward the corresponding strategies for increasing the traffic volume of the modern tram that has been opened and operated. In order to improve the understanding of trams, promote the sustainable and healthy development of modern trams in Nanjing, and provide a reference basis for the planning and development of other trams.
First of all, based on the analysis of the basic characteristics of modern trams, the paper defines the running characteristics and functional orientation of modern trams. Then, it analyzes the main factors that affect the traffic volume of trams from its own and external aspects, and according to these factors, it specifically analyzes the traffic volume of trams in Hexi and Qilin of Nanjing. From the perspective of travelers' behavior and psychology, the main reasons for the low traffic volume of Hexi and Qilin trams are the departure interval, connection with conventional bus lines and tram operation.
Secondly, based on the influencing factors of the departure interval of modern trams and the passenger flow analysis of Hexi and Kirin trams, in order to maximize the passenger volume of trams and attract potential passenger flow, reasonable departure intervals of Hexi and Kirin trams are obtained respectively.
Third, in the study of the coordination between trams and conventional bus routes, the concept of modern tram corridor was defined, and the conventional bus routes were adjusted in the corridor in order to reduce the competition between the two, attract competitive passenger flow, promote the transfer of passengers to trams, and improve the traffic volume of trams. Specific adjustment strategies are proposed for the conventional bus routes in Hexi and Kirin tram corridors.
Finally, through the analysis of the three operation modes of subway, public transportation and specialized operation companies, their respective adaptability is elaborated to provide reference experience for subsequent projects put into operation. It is the future development trend to explore the operation mode that conforms to the operation characteristics of modern trams, ensure the safe and efficient operation of trams, and reduce the operation cost.
