摘 要

作为一种新型的轨道交通系统，现代有轨电车的突出优势特征为城市轨道交通的发展提供了新的可能，对城市的轨道交通线网规划以及居民的出行方式都有一定的影响。在现代有轨电车规划建设和运营的过程中，现代有轨电车发展的关键指标对该系统的运营能力以及服务水平有着非常重要的影响，规划合理的关键指标可以改善现代有轨电车系统的运营能力和提高服务水平，对落实城市公交优先策略、提高城市竞争力也有着积极的作用。

为完善现代有轨电车发展的关键指标，解决现代有轨电车在运营过程中因关键指标规划不合理而产生的问题，本文将对关键指标，尤其是现代有轨电车的最小发车间隔的展开研究。

本文首先结合国内外文献对现代有轨电车的概念做了新的界定，将现代有轨电车和常规公交、BRT、地铁和轻轨的交通特性进行比较分析，从而得到现代有轨电车发展的优势特征；对现代有轨电车的功能定位进行分析，介绍了国内外常见的四种功能定位，并对其实用性做了简要的分析；对国内现代有轨电车关键指标的现状进行了分析，并指出其影响因素；对现代有轨电车关键指标的计算方法进行了研究，对其中最小发车间隔的计算方法进行了优化设计，最后以苏州高新区现代有轨电车1号线为实例，对其建设必要性以及关键指标的现状进行了研究，并依据上文对最小发车间隔计算方法的优化设计对苏州高新区现代有轨电车1号线的最小发车间隔进行了模型优化。

Research on Key Indicators of Modern Tram Development

Abstract

As a new type of rail transit system, the prominent advantages of modern trams provide new possibilities for the development of urban rail transit, and have a certain impact on the planning of urban rail transit network and the way residents travel. In the process of planning, construction and operation of modern trams, the key indicators of the development of modern trams have a very important impact on the operation ability and service level of the system. Rational key indicators can improve the operation ability and service level of the modern tram system, and have a positive impact on the implementation of urban public transport priority strategy and the improvement of urban competitiveness

In order to improve the key indicators of the development of modern trams and solve the problems arising from the unreasonable planning of key indicators in the operation of modern trams, this paper will study the key indicators, especially the minimum departure interval of modern trams.

Firstly, this paper defines the concept of modern tramcar based on domestic and foreign literatures, compares and analyses the traffic characteristics of modern tramcar with conventional bus, BRT, Metro and light rail, so as to get the advantages of modern tramcar development; analyses the function orientation of modern tramcar, introduces four kinds of common function orientation at home and abroad, and their practicability. This paper makes a brief analysis of the current situation of the key indicators of modern trams in China and points out the influencing factors. The calculation method of the key indicators of modern trams is studied, and the calculation method of the minimum departure interval is optimized. Finally, taking the modern tram line 1 of Suzhou High-tech Zone as an example, the necessity of its construction and the key indicators are discussed. The status quo of the standard is studied, and the minimum departure interval of modern tram line 1 in Suzhou High-tech Zone is simulated and optimized according to the optimization design of the calculation method of minimum departure interval.

随着城镇化和及机动化的发展，我国的轨道交通处于快速发展阶段，在地铁轻轨等大容量交通方式发展的过程中，也需要中、低运量的系统层次来作为线路的补充和延伸，现代有轨电车系统由于其既有的优势特征在我国得到了越来越广泛的应用。

经济的迅速发展伴随着城镇化、机动化进程的加快，城市的空间布局也发生了改变，城市居民对公共交通服务水平的要求也越来越高。与此同时，城市出现了诸如交通拥堵、环境污染以及能源短缺等问题。发展便捷高效的公共交通系统，尤其是轨道交通系统成为了改变城市拥堵问题、提高城市公共交通服务水平的有效途径。
