摘 要

目前，中国小汽车的发展在一定程度上提高了居民的生活水平和质量，但随之而来的资源短缺、环境污染、用地紧张、交通事故频发等问题严重影响了城市的发展。

自行车交通所特有的灵活方便、节约道路资源、节能环保、经济廉价、有利于身心健康等特点成为了促进公共自行车租赁系统发展的因素。公共自行车租赁系统顺应了“低碳节能”时代的发展要求和“可持续发展”的要求，也符合政府提出的“公交优先”发展战略的要求。此外，自行车交通也适用于短距离出行，在解决城市交通“最后一公里”问题中起着重要作用。

首先，总结了自行车交通的优缺点和发展历程，分析了其基本特征和存在的问题，并据此提出了公共自行车的发展策略。

其次，分析了公共自行车在城市公共交通网络中的定位及其对城市公共交通结构的影响，并以SPSS统计分析软件为载体，应用多项Logit模型，分析了影响公共自行车出行方式选择的因素。

最后，结合国内外自行车车道建设的现状和存在的问题，提出了改进的自行车车道横断面和交叉口的设计方案。

Analysis on the Influence of Public Bicycle on the Choice of Travel Mode And the Research of Development Strategies

Abstract

At present, the development of China's automobile industry has improved the living standards and quality of the residents. But the resulting shortage of resources, environmental pollution, land tension, frequent traffic accidents and other issues seriously affected the development of the city.

The characteristics of bicycle traffic, which is flexible, convenient, saving road resources and energy, environmentally friendly, economical and conducive to physical and mental health, have become a factor in promoting the development of public bicycle rental systems. The public bicycle rental system conforms to the requirements of the "low carbon energy saving" and "sustainable development", and it is in line with the government's "bus priority" development strategy. In addition, bicycle traffic is also suitable for short-distance travel, and it plays an important role in the settlement of urban transport "last mile" problem.

Firstly, by summing up the advantages and disadvantages of bicycle traffic and its development process, its basic characteristics and existing problems are analyzed and the development strategy of public bicycle is put forward.

Secondly, the location of public bicycles in urban public transport networks and their impact on urban public transport structures are analyzed.

Then, based on SPSS statistical analysis software, a number of Logit models are used to analyze the factors influencing the way of selecting public bicycle. And taking SPSS statistical analysis software as the carrier and applying multiple Logit models, the factors influencing the selection of public bicycle travel mode are analyzed.

Finally, based on the present situation and existing problems of bicycle lane construction at home and abroad, the design scheme of improved bicycle lane cross section and intersection is put forward.
