摘 要

随着社会的发展，时间的推移，人们的生活水平在最近的30年有个了飞速的提升，私家车已经不是富人的专属品了，私家车进入寻常人家给人们的生活和出行带来了极大的便利，包括社会的发展和繁荣。然而这其中益存在着非常大的隐患，引发了人们的广泛关注。不知从何时起，人们已经默认了一个新的驾驶员上路那没多久肯定会发生交通事故，似乎交通事故成了新驾驶员成长的途径和方法。这是我们国家的驾驶培训机制不合理的原因导致的。因此为了减少交通事故的发生，我们应该建立并且完善我们国家机动车驾驶培训的管理制度，保证机动车驾驶员和道路使用者的人身安全。

本人的分析主旨在于从驾驶培训的视角出发，首先对我们国家现有的交通培训产业做一个调查，分析我们国家现有的机动车驾驶员的培训制度和现状，同过调查和分析我国目前机动车驾驶培训的不足之处，再通过对其他国家相关制度的解读和理解之后，对我国机动车驾驶培训制度进行相关的调整，以用来提高培训质量，降低交通安全事故的发生率。

由于时间短促、工作量巨大和资料有限，对具体法规制度和地方执行度的分析还不够完善，这份设计还存在很多不足之处，希望今后还有待继续深入分析与细化。

Investigation and Analysis of Current Situation of Driving Training

Abstract

With the development of society, the passage of time, people's living standards in the last 30 years have a rapid increase in private cars is not the exclusive product of the rich, private cars into the ordinary people to bring people's lives and travel A great convenience, including social development and prosperity. However, the benefits of which there is a very large hidden dangers, has aroused widespread concern. I do not know when, people have been acquiesced to a new driver on the road that did not take long for a traffic accident, it seems that traffic accidents have become a new driver to grow the way and method. This is the reason why our country's driving training mechanism is unreasonable. Therefore, in order to reduce the occurrence of traffic accidents, we should establish and improve our national motor vehicle driving training management system to ensure that motor vehicle drivers and road users of personal safety.

The main purpose of my analysis is from the perspective of driving training, the first of our country's existing traffic training industry to do a survey to analyze our country's existing motor vehicle drivers training system and the status quo, with the investigation and analysis of China's current machine Motor vehicle driving training deficiencies, and then through the relevant system of other countries after the interpretation and understanding of China's motor vehicle driving training system to adjust to improve the quality of training and reduce the incidence of traffic accidents.

Due to the short time, huge workload and limited information on the specific laws and regulations and local implementation of the degree of analysis is not perfect, the design there are still many shortcomings, hope to continue in the future to continue in-depth analysis and refinement.
