摘 要

本文基于新型城镇化对路网发展的新要求，深入分析了我国城市路网和农村路网的现状与特征，提出了以县城为中心，双向布置道路网的方法，将县域对外与城市路网衔接的公路网划分为“骨架层”和“集散层”，内部公路网划分为“干路层”、“联网层”和“末梢层”，重点研究连接县城城区道路和外围农村公路的衔接层“联网层”的规划方法。通过划分道路层级理清路网关系，从而帮助合理布设县域道路网络，形成“城市-小城镇-新型农村社区”的梯形发展结构；以河南省遂平县的道路规划为例，将这个道路网络规划方法应用到这个案例中，证明该方法对新型城镇化背景下的道路网规划有一定的帮助和借鉴意义。

Research on Urban and Rural Road Network Planning Method under the Background of New Urbanization

Abstract

Based on the new requirements of the new urbanization on the development of the road network, this paper analyzes the current situation and characteristics of urban road network and rural road network in China, and puts forward the method of arranging the road network with the county as the center, It is divided into "skeleton layer" highway and "distribution layer" highway.
