摘 要

由于现阶段我国经济社会发展速度较快，我国城镇化的发展也有了不断突破。城镇化的发展在现阶段的社会经济发展中起到主要的作用。城镇化发展是我国现阶段发展的重要战略之一，是作为促进未来社会发展的推动力。

本文在新型城镇化背景下，并且依据对国内外发展和研究现状，提出对我国城乡公交场站枢纽布局模式进行研究，进而对城乡公共交通枢纽进行规划设计。在进行实际设计阶段之前，应该通过对该地区的人口与人口迁移等实际情况来进行预测，得出公交出行量以及场站的实际需求来估计公交场站的规模。并且应结合周围环境与换乘问题，以及配套的公交线网，结合实际情况来不断优化改进调整设计得到最优的公交场站设计方案。

本文以河南省遂平县为例，通过对遂平县的社会经济、人口就业、交通发展等方面的分析研究，应用本文提出的城乡公交场站枢纽布局方法来设计规划遂平县的公交场站体系。在城市规划管理者面前需要考虑现实存在的问题，为了实现“公交优先”发展目标，需要建立完善健全的具有较强实施操作性的公共场站枢纽规划的方法。

Research on the Layout Model of Urban and Rural Public Transport Station in China under the Background of New Urbanization

Abstract
