无锡地铁三号线吴桥区间段(埋深11m)明挖隧道结构设计毕业论文

摘 要
本设计是针对无锡地铁3号线吴桥区间段的隧道主体结构设计。本文首先对隧道进行建筑设计,确定设计尺寸,满足相关限界要求。车站主体为一层两跨跨箱型闭合框架结构,围护结构采用排桩与止水桩相结合,与主体结构采用重合的方式结合。围护结构采用逐层开挖支撑轴力不变法计算内力。 主体结构考虑正常使用阶段荷载, 并采用基本荷载组合计算结构内力。主体结构按弹性地基上的等代闭合框架进行计算, 将闭合框架结构拆分为施加未知力的上部两铰刚架和弹性基础梁,然后用立法求解未知力,最终解得框架结构内力。同时,主体结构采用力学求解器进行断面框架内力分析与梁柱体系框架内力分析,使用弹簧模拟弹性地基。结构构件根据承载力极限状态及正常使用极限状态的要求,分别进行承载能力计算、变形及裂缝宽度验算。

Design of tunnel structure for Wuqiao section (buried deep 11m) of metro line three in Wuxi
Abstract
This design is for the main structure of the tunnel in Wuxi section of Wuqiao Metro Line 3. Firstly, the architectural design of the tunnel, determine the size of design, to meet the relevant requirements of clearance. The main station for a two span box type closed frame structure, retaining structure with row of piles and pile water stop combination, with the main structure by coincidence binding. The internal force of the supporting shaft force of the retaining structure is calculated by the excavation of the layer by layer.. The main structure is considered normal phase load, and the internal force of the structure is calculated by the basic load combination.. Main structure according to the elastic foundation on the closed frame is calculated, the closed frame structure splitting is applied to the upper part of the unknown force two hinged frame and elastic foundation beam and legislation to solve for the unknown force, the final solution to internal force of frame structure. At the same time, the main body structure uses the mechanics solution to carry on the section frame internal force analysis and the beam column system frame internal force analysis, uses the spring simulation elastic foundation. According to the limit state of bearing capacity and the requirement of normal use limit state, the structural members carry out the calculation, deformation and crack width of bearing capacity respectively.
