摘 要
目前,随着经济全球化的加剧,海铁联运已经为西方各国的经济发展产生了不可忽视的巨大推动作用。然而,我国多式联运发展尚且处于不成熟状态且利用率也不够高,而我国多式联运发展中最薄弱的环节当属集装箱海铁联运。由于铁路运输具有运量大,运距长,运价低,速度快,排放低,能耗低,安全性高等特点,所以世界各大港口和船公司都把集装箱海铁联运作为提升港口集装箱集疏运能力和巩固拓展船公司业务的重要方面,而从统计数据来看,国内实现海铁联运的集装箱数量却不及我国集装箱运输总量的2%,这一数据与发达国家之间还存在较大差距,籍此,我国的集装箱海铁联运系统的构建巩固和发展重视已经到了一个亟待解决的关键阶段。
由于上海港是全球第一大港,而且也是作为国际航运中心,洋山港的交通基础设施建设也较为完善且具备天然的良好水深条件,而海铁联运的发展还有很大的发展空间,因此选取上海港的海铁联运系统为研究对象进行研究。本文以系统化的方法作出整体评估,首先借鉴相关学者的研究成果和实证了解得到上海港集装箱海铁联运系统的现状及出现的主要问题,然后以影响上海港海铁联运系统的主要因素作为相关变量确定权重并构建评价体系,再用层次分析法(AHP)和数据包络分析法(DEA)相结合而成的DEAHP方法去对上海港海铁联运系统进行综合评价且作出必要的敏感性分析,最后根据上述研究数据有针对性地对上海港集装箱海铁联运系统未来的发展提出可行性的建设性建议并在文章的最后作出适当总结和合理地展望。

Abstract
At present, with the intensification of economic globalization, sea and railway transport has been a great impetus for the economic development of Western countries can not be ignored. However, the development of multimodal transport in China is still in an immature state and the utilization rate is not high enough, and the weakest link in the development of multimodal transport in China is undoubtedly the container sea and sea transport. As the railway transport has a large transport capacity, long distance, low tariffs, fast, low emissions, low energy consumption, high security characteristics, so the world's major ports and shipping companies are the container sea and sea transport as a port to enhance the container The capacity to consolidate and expand the important aspects of the company's business, and from the statistical data, the domestic sea and rail transport to achieve the number of containers is less than 2% of China's total container transport, this data and developed countries, Large gap, take this, China's container sea and sea transport system to build the consolidation and development attention has been to a critical stage to be resolved.
As the Shanghai port is the world's largest port, but also as an international shipping center, Yangshan Port transport infrastructure is also more perfect and have a good natural water conditions, and the development of sea and rail transport there is still much room for development, so The sea-rail intermodal system of Shanghai Port is selected as the research object. This paper makes a holistic evaluation by systematic method. Firstly, it draws on the research results of the relevant scholars and obtains the current situation and the main problems of the sea-rail intermodal transport system of Shanghai port. Then, the main factors influencing the sea-rail intermodal system of Shanghai harbor are related (AHP) and DEAHP method to evaluate the sea-rail intermodal transport system in Shanghai and make the necessary sensitivity analysis, and then use the DEAHP method to determine the weight and establish the evaluation system. Finally, according to the above research data, this paper puts forward some constructive suggestions on the future development of Shanghai sea container intermodal transport system and makes an appropriate summary and reasonable prospect at the end of the article.

第1章 绪论
随着我国物流系统从第一方物流发展到现今的第四方物流逐渐走上高速发展道路,对铁路运输和海洋运输提出了更高的要求,而海铁联运能够将两者有机结合起来,可以比公路运输与航空运输经济适用且运量大,海运更是目前我国“一带一路”发展战略的重要承担者与实现主体,因此发展好集装箱海铁联运是历史的必然选择也是当代世界潮流下的发展趋势。本章主要阐述了关于本文研究的目的及意义以及总结国内外的研究文献的研究角度和研究方向并以综述的方式进行呈现,最后再吸收其他相关研究文献的优点进行综合归纳以提出本文的主要研究内容与方法。
1.1研究的目的及意义
随着经济全球化的加剧,欧盟经济体和西方其他发达国家陆续开展了对亚洲大陆板块的市场开发,而国际贸易障碍和政治壁垒的打破也是欧美发达国家开拓亚洲市场的契机。于是集装箱大型化就成为了一种历史的必然选择与发展趋势,集装箱船由普通货船到2000TEU的船型,再到巴拿马型集装箱船和中后期的超巴拿马型集装箱船,最后成为2000年后的万箱船时代船型,国际贸易的集装箱化历经了时代的变迁变得越来越成熟和普及。然而,远洋船舶的条件满足了还是不够,路域的交通运输衔接工作以及解决“最后一公里”还有“门到门”的问题日益彰显,于是西方国家应运而生地出现了海铁联运模式,并且延续至今已经十分成熟适应性也良好。
