摘 要

随着世界经济和国际贸易的发展，港口在社会中所扮演的角色越来越重要，而上海港作为我国沿海的重要枢纽港，对整个上海甚至对整个国家的发展都有举足轻重的作用，因此对上海港竞争力的评价刻不容缓。

本文在分析多种评价模型的基础上，选择了主成分分析法对上海港与国内其它大港进行横向比对，利用SPSS软件对所调查的数据进行主成分分析，并根据运算结果对港口进行排名。研究结果表明，上海港在与其它大港的横向对比上，在港口发展规模、港口基础设施建设和港口腹地经济条件等方面保持较大优势，综合实力较强，但在增长动力、发展潜力方面则显出不足。结合上海港的具体情况提出了三点建议，一是抓住航运中心建设机遇提高发展潜力，二是扩大进出口货源提高国际贸易增长动力，三是加强与周边港口的合作实现多赢，以此来稳固上海港国际大港的地位。

Abstract

With the development of the world economy and international trade, the role of the port in the society is more and more important. Shanghai port, as an important hub of China's coastal port, plays an important role in the development of Shanghai even for the whole country, so the evaluation of the competitiveness of Shanghai port is urgent.

Based on the analysis of multiple evaluation models, this paper selects the main component analysis method to compare the horizontal ratio of Shanghai port and other domestic ports, makes use of SPSS software to analyze the main components of the survey data, and ranks the port according to the operation results. The results show that compared with other harbors, the port development scale, port infrastructure construction and port hinterland economic conditions, the Shanghai port maintains a great advantage in the aspects of port development scale, port infrastructure construction and port hinterland economic conditions, and the comprehensive strength is strong, but in the aspect of growth motive and development potential. Combining with the specific situation of Shanghai port, this paper puts forward three suggestions, one is to seize the opportunity of shipping center construction to improve the development potential, the second is to expand the import and export goods supply to improve the impetus of international trade, third, to strengthen cooperation with the neighboring ports, to strengthen the position of the international Dagang port.

第1章 绪论

1.1 研究背景及意义

海洋的健康稳定发展将是 21世纪人类社会发展的核心问题。目前海运完成了国际贸易 90%以上的货物量，世界航运业与国际贸易的繁荣衰败有着密切的关系。港口作为交通运输行业中公路、水路、铁路等运输方式的重要连接枢纽，在商品的流转中发挥着不可替代的作用。目前越来越多的国家地区加大在我国的港口贸易投资力度，这使得我国进出口贸易额大幅增长，极大地促进了港口运输业的发展。但随着各地区经济的不断发展，我国各港口正面临着严峻的形势，一方面它们要面对国际港口的竞争，与其争夺国际枢纽港的地位，另一方面要与区域内的港口竞争货源、顾客等有限资源，例如上海港一方面面临着新加坡港等国际港口的竞争，另一方面又要面对国内如宁波港等港口的竞争。在此机遇与挑战并存的大背景下，对港口竞争力评价的研究便显得很有必要。本文研究对象为上海港，此次研究意义主要有如下几点：

1）对上海港竞争力进行评价能够加深政府部门对港口竞争力的认识，从而从决策上为上海港提供支持。我国港口企业是政府主导型的企业，只有提高政府的认知程度，才能使其在政策的制定和执行过程中避免盲目、片面，从而做出符合实际的可执行的决策。
