摘 要

近几年，随着我国各区域城市化以及机动化的高速发展，交通拥挤、交通安全等一系列问题成为大城市进一步发展的瓶颈，建立以城市公共交通为主体、多种客运方式相补充的综合交通运输网络已经逐渐成为全球各大城市的共同选择。目前，广州市已经确立“公交优先”政策的战略地位，加大力度完善公共交通体系，不断增强公共交通吸引力。科学预测公共交通需求是合理规划城市交通布局、缓解交通拥堵等问题、让城市客运可持续发展的必经之路，因此，对公交客运需求预测模型的研究对于促进广州市社会经济发展具有重大的理论意义和实践价值。

论文以广州市公共交通发展现状、存在问题、规划政策为实际研究背景，通过从宏观、微观角度对广州市公共交通运输影响因素的分析，建立了灰色系统、二次指数平滑的公交客运需求单项预测模型，并提出为综合运用单项预测模型所提供的各项信息，克服单项预测模型在适用范围、精度条件等方面局限性，在分层单项模型基础上，构建科学合理的组合预测模型，并在最小二乘准则下分配权重，对广州市未来五年的公交客运量进行预测。经精度检验证明，本文提出的组合预测模型可以提高公交客运需求量预测的准确率，具有一定的理论和应用价值。最后，依据预测结果，从宏观角度出发，给出了匹配交通发展的建议和对策。

Abstract

In recent years, with the rapid development of urbanization and motorization in China, a series of problems such as traffic congestion and traffic safety have been the bottleneck in further development process of big cities. The establishment of the integrative traffic transportation network, which takes the urban public transport as its mainstay and various of traffic patterns as supplementary, has gradually become the common choice of the big cities in the world. Adhering to the bus priority development strategy, Guangzhou increases efforts to improve the public transport system and to enhance the attractiveness of public transport. What's more, it is an indispensible process for planning the layout of public transport reasonably and easing urban traffic problems such as traffic congestion to forecast public transport demand scientifically. Consequently, the research on the forecast model of public transit demand has great theoretical significance and practical value in the way of promoting the social and economic development of Guangzhou.

With the background of researches and studies of public transportation development present situation, problems, policy planning in Guangzhou, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of public transport demand in Guangzhou from both the macro and micro angles, sets up gray system forecast model and quadratic exponential smoothing forecast model to forecast passenger volume of urban public transit system. In order to overcome the inadequacy of traditional single traffic demand forecasting method and promote comprehensive utilization of information provided by single forecast methods, this paper applies optimum weighted composite prediction model to demand forecasting, calculates optimum weight coefficients of new model based on the least square criterion, and forecasts bus passenger demand in Guangzhou in the next five years. Test of model precision has proved that, combined forecasting model presented by this paper could improve the accuracy of passenger volume of urban public transit system forecasting which also has a certain theoretical and application value. Finally, according to the forecast results, this paper gives some recommendations and countermeasures for the future development of public traffic in Guangzhou.

第１章 绪论

1.1研究背景及意义

目前我国正处于经济高速增长关键时期，作为经济活动的纽带和动脉的城市交通，在推动和刺激国民经济发展中占据着举足轻重的地位。“想致富，先修路”这一定律对广州市也不例外，广州是广东省省会且位于广东省中南部，是华南区域中心城市。广州市地理位置优越，其位于珠江三角洲北端，临近香港和澳门两大重要的国际贸易中心，其贸易发展与经济稳定对整个广东省乃至整个中国都有着至关重要的作用，可谓是中国开拓国际贸易市场的“南大门”。随着城市经济发展，交通拥挤、交通安全等一系列问题成为大城市进一步发展的瓶颈，因而全球各大城市都将发展重心进一步转移为以建立综合完善的公共交通体系为前提的经济稳定可持续增长。

广州市近两年相关发展报告提到：广州市光荣入围国家首批综合运输服务示范城市，广州市近年来着力建设11条地铁新线，包括洲头咀隧道、金沙洲大桥拓宽在内的其他交通项目也在紧张有序地进行，同时有72条公交线路得到规划调整。可见，优先发展公共交通已成为广州市坚定不移的道路。
