摘 要

随着我国经济的快速发展和人民生活水平的日益提高，邮轮作为一种高品质的休闲旅游产品，受到了越来越多的游客的青睐。而长江干线游轮作为我国邮轮业的一部分，其凭借着优越的旅游资源和相关的支持产业而得以快速发展。近年来，长江干线游轮不断大型化、品牌化，服务质量也显著改善，满足了日益增加的游客需求。但是相比于国外的大型邮轮，长江干线大型邮轮仍存在着一些不足，需要进一步优化提高。

针对长江干线游轮的发展现状，国内外在游轮航线的成本效益方面的研究还比较少。因此本文选择长江干线大型游轮航线的经济分析与论证作为研究方向，希望对游轮航线的实际运营产生一定的参考价值。本文首先从供给和需求两方面对长江干线游轮旅游市场进行分析，对于供给，主要从游轮公司、航线、游轮三个角度展开；对于需求，主要分析了游轮游客的来源和消费特征，并分析和预测了主要航线的游轮客运量。然后提出了长江干线游轮航线的主要影响因素,并选取长江干线大型游轮，对游轮航线进行经济效益分析，在此基础上做了航线敏感性分析。通过研究可以看出，航线的经济分析对于游轮公司优化航线非常重要，对于航线的实际运营也有深远的影响。

Abstract

With the rapid development of China’s economy and the gradual improvement of people’s living standard, cruise, as a kind of high quality leisure tourism product, is favored by more and more tourists. The Yangtze River’s main cruise lines which are part of China’s cruise industry have rapidly developed by its superior tourism resources and the support of related industries. In recent years, the cruise ships on the Yangtze River’s main lines have been upsizing and branding with the quality of service significantly improved, satisfying tourists’ increasing demands. However, compared to large cruise ships in foreign countries, there are still some shortcomings on the large cruise ships in the Yangtze River’s main lines, which needs further optimization and improvement.

For the status quo of the Yangtze River’s main cruise lines, there are still few researches on cost and benefits of the cruise lines at home and abroad. So the economic analysis and demonstration of the Yangtze River’s main cruise lines are taken as the research direction in this paper. First of all, the paper analyse the cruise market of the Yangtze River from two aspects: supply and demand. The supply is discussed from three aspects: cruise companies, cruise lines, cruise ships. For the demand, this paper mainly analyses the source characteristics and consumption characteristics of cruise tourists, and it also analyses and predicts the tourist flow in main cruise lines. Then it puts forward some main factors that have a significant influence on the Yangtze River’s main cruise lines, and the large cruise ships are chosen to analyse the economic performance of the main cruise lines which the ships are operated on. Finally, the paper carries out sensitivity analysis of the cruise lines on the basis of the result of the economic performance analysis. It is concluded from the research that analyzing the economic performance of the main cruise lines is of great importance for cruise companies to optimize the cruise lines and has a profound effect on the actual operation of the cruise lines.

第1章 绪论

1.1 论文研究背景

邮轮旅游诞生于20世纪60年代的北美洲。作为一种高端时尚的休闲旅游产品，邮轮旅游以舒适、便捷等特点著称。随着全球经济的快速发展，人们更加看重精神享受，对邮轮旅游的需求也与日俱增。在经济发展和人们日益增加的需求的双重刺激下，邮轮业发展迅猛。现代邮轮已经逐步发展成为一个规模宏大、品质较高的产业，产业结构也在逐渐完善。同时，它也带动了很多相关产业的发展。但相比于全球的邮轮业，我国邮轮产业的发展还处于初级阶段，有待于进一步地发展壮大。

1.1.1长江干线邮轮港口的发展

近年来,我国邮轮产业发展比较迅速。当下，我国已经有多个港口城市开始重点发展邮轮业，包括大连、天津、青岛、上海、厦门、深圳等城市。其中，长三角城市是国内发展邮轮旅游的领导者。长三角地区以上海国际邮轮母港为焦点，邻近省市大力支撑着其建设和发展。此外，长江干线主要的邮轮港口还有重庆港（朝天门码头），宜昌港（桃花村码头和新世纪码头），它们也凭借着独特的地理位置而得到了良好发展。

1.1.2长江干线主要游轮企业现状

目前，长江干线省际客船运输企业共有二十多家，其中普通游船运输企业十几家，涉外游船运输企业也有十几家。普通客船企业有重庆东方轮船公司、重庆长江轮船公司等；涉外客船企业有重庆新世纪游轮股份有限公司、长江轮船海外旅游总公司和湖北东方皇家旅游船有限公司等。长江干线游船企业逐步增加，并且业务规模也在扩大，企业所拥有的游轮数量也随着载客数的增加有所增加。

1.1.3长江干线游船现状

目前，长江干线省际客船共有一百多艘，普通客船和涉外游船各居一半。长江豪华型游轮主要有总统系列、美维系列、长海系列、神女系列、黄金系列等系列品牌。长江干线的游轮的数量和品质随着顾客需求的提高而提高，并不断向品牌化方向发展。同时，在船舶构造和设施方面，长江干线的游轮也越来越大型化、规模化，内部设施也在不断完善和升级。
