摘 要

武汉新港统一规划筹谋武汉市、鄂州市、黄冈市、咸宁市港口及沿岸各地资源，向长江流域汇集生产资源，首先执行全面发展集装箱政策，全力推动港区中集装箱装卸堆码的建设，促进集装箱业务大规模的发展，并连续出台了航线规划和促进港口集装箱流程系统化发展的一系列帮扶政策，为武汉新港航运的发展和江海直达集装箱班轮运输的发展营造了优良的环境。本文主要内容为对武汉新港江海直达集装箱运输现状与发展趋势进行分析包括运输现状及问题，说明江海直达集装箱运输优势，对武汉新港货物吞吐量进行预测；对武汉新港江海直达集装箱班轮进行航线论证，包括基本港的确定，船型优选及航线配船，往返航次航行时间与发船间隔及班期确定；最后对武汉新港江海直达集装箱班轮运输的发展提出对策。

论文主要研究方法为建立武汉市GDP，武汉城市圈GDP与武汉新港货物吞吐量相关的线性回归模型和移动平均法来来预测武汉新港未来的吞吐量。通过确定出航线基本港和船型，计算出往返航次时间，航线配船数和发船间隔时间来进行航线论证。

Abstract

The main content of this paper is to Wuhan Newport the way of river direct to sea transportation container transportation present situation and development trend were analyzed including the current situation and problems of transportation, indicating the advantage of river direct to sea container transport, Wuhan new port cargo throughput forecast; of Wuhan Newport river direct to sea container liner for demonstration of route, including Hong Kong's determined optimum ship size and shipping arrangement, round-trip voyage of the sailing time and send a ship interval and schedule determined; finally, the Wuhan Newport river direct to sea container liner transportation development put forward countermeasures.

The main research method is to establish the linear regression model and moving average method to forecast the future throughput of Wuhan Newport GDP, Wuhan city circle GDP and Wuhan Newport cargo throughput. By determining the route basic port and ship, the calculated round-trip voyage time, route to match the number of ships and ship interval time route argument.

1.1 研究背景、目的及意义

长江是中国最长最大的内河，同时也是亚洲最长的河流，自西向东流经七个省会两个直辖市，总的船舶水路运输路程占我国全部水路运输路程的一半以上，是我国最主要的水路运输线。作为国内东西方向的经济通道，长江从来都是全球水路及相关行业投资者投资的对象。国家“十三五规划”中要求，长江经济带是重点，要着力打造全流域的黄金水道。在当前低迷经济时期，长江经济带是我国最具活力的经济地区中最耀眼的一个。

随着长江经济带的不断发展，沿江各个地区的经济发展日益加快，为了保障各个地区及行业持续、稳定的发展，需要大量的能源、原材料等物资。长江作为最重要的水路运输线，在大量能源、原材料的水路运输中发挥着重要作用，其中江海直达作为高效、低廉、快速便利的运输方式，江海直达船舶在上述物资及能源和原材料的运输上承担了大量的任务。江海直达船在运输网中不断担当重任使其快速发展并成为了长江航运业新兴的强大的力量。江海直达船舶顺应全球船舶大型化潮流，组成长江运输船舶大型化发展的重要部分。在大批货物需求，船舶大型化的市场环境下，江海直达船舶的需求量日益增加。
