摘 要

新世纪以来，黄冈市经济发展速度明显加快。市域经济的迅速发展，对港口运输提出了一些新的要求。由于港口发展不足，目前的通过能力已成为运输发展的瓶颈，制约了内地国民经济的发展，加之近年来出现的一些新的运输需求，规划和建设新港区对于促进经济进一步发展起着重要的作用。

本文分析了武汉新港唐家渡港区临港新城综合码头的地理区位、气象及水文条件及货物货种特点现状，综合考虑地区相关规划和未来经济发展趋势，提出了临港新城综合码头的平面布置设计。采用定性分析与定量分析相结合的方法，分货种货类讨论，在结合现实影响货物分配的因素的基础上，对黄冈及唐家渡港区的货物吞吐量进行预测，最终确定该综合码头的货物吞吐量；此外还对综合码头的集装箱吞吐量进行了定量预测，采用多种方法按不同权重取最后预测结果；码头布置水域及陆域尺度按照有关规范严格计算，文中给出了码头布置形式、码头附近水域分布情况、陆域基本布置形式和堆场及仓库面积等，最后绘制了码头平面布置示意图，直观地说明本文的布置方案。

本文的研究提供了一个完整的码头平面布置的流程和方案，对于建设和优化临港新城综合码头具有参考作用。

Abstract

Since the new century, the economic development of Huanggang City has accelerated significantly. The rapid development of the municipal economy has put forward some new requirements for port transportation. Due to insufficient port development, the current throughput capacity has become a bottleneck for transportation development, restricting the development of the mainland ’s national economy, coupled with some new transportation needs that have emerged in recent years. Planning and construction of new port areas have played an important role in promoting further economic development .

This article is based on a careful analysis of the relevant data of the Integrated Terminal in New City that near the port in the Tangjiadu Port District, Wuhan, including the geographic location, climatic and hydrological conditions of the region, the feature of the cargo and cargo types, and overall consideration of the relevant regional planning and future economic development trends. Then make the layout design of the new city’s comprehensive wharf. This article clarifies the development positioning and construction scale of the terminal; a combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis is used to discuss the types of goods and cargo, and to forecast the cargo throughput of Huanggang and Tangjiadu Port Areas, combining the actual factors that affect the distribution of goods, and finally determine the cargo throughput of the integrated terminal; in addition, the container throughput of the integrated terminal is quantitatively predicted, and various methods are used to obtain the final prediction results according to different weights; the water and land scales of the terminal layout are calculated strictly according to the relevant specifications. The layout of the wharf, the distribution of the waters near the wharf, the basic layout of the land area and the area of ​​the storage yard and warehouse are drawn. Finally, a schematic diagram of the wharf layout is drawn to intuitively explain the layout plan of this article.

The research in this paper provides a complete process and plan for the layout of the wharf, which is supplements of domestic research on wharf layout design, and has a role in promoting the construction and optimization of the comprehensive wharf in New City near the port.

1.1背景与意义

1.1.1 设计背景

黄冈市是位于湖北省东部的一个地级市，是的重要城市。黄冈市城区岸线范围内现有唐家渡、张家湾2个港区，岸线长度30km。进入新世纪，黄冈市在扩商引资方面不断增大力度，经济发展势头也明显增强。市域经济的迅速发展，对港口运输提出了一些新的要求。在《黄冈市城市总体规划》中，黄州城区岸线范围的港口被定位为市域内重要的物流集散地，规划在港口内积极发展多式联运，综合物流，逐步形成城市重要的对外流通基础设施，从而为招商引资、为市域经济发展提供基础保障。

黄冈市厂区范围内的唐家渡、张家湾港区近几年运量增长较快的货种主要有黄砂、铁砂和煤炭，目前已发展成为支撑港口发展的大宗稳定货源。各类工业企业落户黄冈，也对港口运输提出了钢材、石材、铁矿、机电产品等新的运输需求。由于港口发展不足，目前的通过能力已成为运输发展的瓶颈，制约了内地国民经济的发展。规划和建设武汉新港，在推进城市圈建设“两型”社会，在武汉建设成全国综合交通运输枢纽，更佳地为湖北沿江产业带发展和产业结构调整升级服务方面，将产生重大而长久的影响。
