摘 要

介绍长江南京以下12.5米深水航道（NL段）和该段航道整治工程的基本情况，结合所搜集到的NL段航道的基本数据信息，进行针对于航道整治工作的经济效益分析，并得出最后的评价结论。本文主要采用“调查研究法”、“分析预测法”、“有无对比法”等方法进行分析，根据查到的NL段内河航道的水运量、GDP等数据，结合定量分析与定性分析的方法，采用“弹性系数预测”、“回归分析预测”、“指数平滑预测”多种方法进行数据预测，得到多年水运量与GDP的预测数据，并根据预测所得的数据进行国民经济评价。研究结果表明NL段深水航道整治工程在经济上有利可行，经济效益良好，而且带动了NL段航道周边城市的的经济、交通发展，也为后期NL段航道及其他内河航道的整治工作提供了一个优秀的榜样。

Abstract

This paper introduces the basic situation of 12.5m deep water channel (NL section) below nanjing, Yangtze river and the waterway regulation project in this section, and analyzes the economic benefits of waterway regulation based on the basic data of NL section collected, and finally draws the final evaluation conclusion."Study", this article uses "analytical method", and "with and without comparison method" is analyzed, the NL according to the period of the water of the inland waterway freight volume, GDP and other data, combining quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis method, the elastic coefficient of prediction, regression analysis to predict, the exponential smoothing forecast data to predict a variety of methods, have many years of water capacity and the prediction data of GDP, and according to the national economic evaluation on the forecast data.

The results show that the deep-water channel regulation project of NL section is economically feasible and has good economic benefits. It also drives the economic and traffic development of the surrounding cities of NL section and provides an excellent example for the regulation of NL section and other inland waterways in the later period.

第1章 绪论

1.1研究背景

我国的经济发展离不开各个区域的经济，在各个区域发展中，长江三角洲的经济发展一直尤为重要。而江苏省则是位于长江三角洲的一个重要经济区块。江苏省位于长江入海口，省内拥有诸多内河港口和沿海港口。随着国内甚至世界范围内的矿石、煤炭、原油和集装箱等货物的运输量增加，省内的货物运输量逐年增长，省内运输业也快速发展起来。

但是，随着国内外运输需求日益增大，我国现存的航运基础设施不足以满足如此巨大的运输需求。船舶的尺度日益大型化，万吨级以上的海轮不能方便地在长江航道上航行，长江航线航道的不足大大的阻碍了长江航线沿岸城市航运业的发展。江苏作为长江航线与海岸的连接所在地，对省内长江航道航段进行整改是一项迫在眉睫的重大任务。
