摘 要

配送是物流系统的主要环节，随着我国物流产业迅速发展,配送在物流中的地位直线上升。而物流系统优化的关键就是优化企业配送路径。设计科学、合理的配送路线，可以有效地降低配送时间，节约成本，提高公司整体效益，还可以提高客户满意度，建设良好的企业形象。而本设计研究的钢铁物流是一种综合性物流行业。其中有生产物流、采购物流和销售物流三个方面。合理的规划销售物流能够大大减少公司开销，而降低配送成本的核心就在于优化公司配送路线。因此，D公司的配送方案有很高的研究价值和现实意义。

本设计首先对国内外配送优化文献进行介绍和分析，然后以D公司XX配送方案为研究对象，分析该公司的配送现状，找出其中存在的问题，并对其未来的配送需求进行预测；再建立VRP模型，利用C-W节约算法、扫描算法对该配送路径进行优化，并比较分析两种算法结果；最后得出利用C-W节约算法优化出的最优配送路径，此路径相较D公司原配送路径节约里程240.6km，并能够减少支出222.9元。并根据D公司整体配送系统，提出D公司应增加信息化水平，引入专业人才等对策建议。

Abstract

Distribution is the main link of the logistics system. With the rapid development of China's logistics industry, the position of distribution in logistics has risen sharply. The key to the optimization of logistics system is to optimize the distribution path of enterprises. Designing scientific and reasonable distribution routes can effectively reduce distribution time, save costs, improve the overall efficiency of the company, improve customer satisfaction and build a good corporate image.The iron and steel logistics studied in this design is a comprehensive logistics industry. There are three aspects of production logistics, procurement logistics and sales logistics. Reasonable planning of sales logistics can greatly reduce the company's expenses, and the core of reducing distribution costs lies in optimizing the company's distribution routes.Therefore, Company D's distribution plan has high research value and practical significance.

This design firstly introduces and analyzes the domestic and foreign distribution optimization documents, then takes the XX distribution plan of D Company as the research object, analyzes the distribution status of D Company, finds out the existing problems, and forecasts its future distribution demand.Then, VRP model is established, and C-W saving algorithm and scanning algorithm are used to optimize the distribution route, and the results of the two algorithms are compared and analyzed.Finally, the optimal distribution route optimized by C-W saving algorithm is obtained. Compared with the original distribution route of D company, this route saves 240.6km in mileage and can reduce expenses by 222.9 yuan.According to D company's overall distribution system, D company should increase the level of information and introduce professional talents.

目前我国物流配送业迅速发展，突破了从前传统物流配送企业的瓶颈，产业结构已经发生了变化，改变了过去传统物流配送公司的服务方式，为城市经济的发展做出了突出贡献，随着我国配送中心的基础设施不断建设以及国家政策的不断完善，物流行业已成为我们日常生活中必不可少的一部分。

随着电商快速发展，以往的物流配送系统已经不足以满足人们庞大的配送需求量，使得我国的物流配送行业规模变得越来越大。同时，我国的物流基础设施不断改善，智能化、信息化系统已经进入了我国的所有物流企业，随着这些现代化技术的不断发展，我国的物流配送效率越来越高，客户满意度相较过去也有所加强。而国家也意识到了物流行业发展的重要性和关键性，对物流行业投入也有所加强，并且加大了人才的培养，使得物流行业整体呈现出飞速发展的态势。

钢铁物流是一个交叉行业。随着我国经济快速发展，钢铁物流同样发展的很快。近年来，我国钢铁物流业的总体规模越来越大，并且发展了许多现代化的新领域。发展出了一批现代化的综合性钢铁物流园区，同时钢铁电子商务也在飞速的发展和完善，促使我国的钢铁物流行业快速转型，变成更加现代化和智能化的行业。但在目前，我国的钢铁物流行业仍存在一些问题，比如信息化水平有所提升但相较发达国家仍有所差距，配送中心位置选择不合理，配送整体效率低、开销大等。同时由于物流企业信息化程度的不足，大多数公司没有建立起实时的物流系统。
