城市停车系统专项规划研究—以南通市通州区为例

摘要

近年来,中小城市的停车问题越来越严重,而作为城市中心部分的中心区,停车问题明显是最严重的地方,所以导致停车问题还是因为缺少科学性的归纳方法。

本文在大量调查数据和参考文献的基础上,通过对南通市通州区中心区停车设施规划,提出相应的优化方案,通过对路边停车场的规划进行了探究,提出了南通市中心区路边停车场的规划与管理方案。首先,对城市功能区交通特性进行分析,对城市中心区进行相应的概述,分析了城市中心区的交通问题和交通特点;然后对通州区中心区的交通特征进行分析,通过实地的调查数据,对研究地块,区政府停车现状,政务中心停车现状,周边道路及地块停车分布,周边公交分布进行了详细的分析。之后,对停车规划策略及方法进行研究,对停车需求预测,停车规划策略,小城市停车特性,小城市停车设施分布与利用现状,小城市停车问题等方面进行研究分析。最后,以南通市通州区中心地块为例进行实例分析,通过对通州区中心地块现状进行分析,得到可行的通州区中心地块优化设计方案,提出停车管理的措施,并对优化设计效果进行评价。最后对本文进行总结,本文着重对停车问题进行定性分析。之后需要借鉴国外先进国家的经验,对停车系统进行定性、定量的分析,指导停车规划。在之后的研究方向上,需要对城市停车问题进一步研究路外停车场和路内停车场的协调,更加简单的解决城市中心的停车问题。

Study on Special Planning of Urban Parking System ——Taking Tongzhou District of Nantong City as an Example

Abstract

In recent years, the parking problem in small and medium-sized cities has become more and more serious, and the parking problem is obviously the most serious in the central district, which is the central part of the city. Therefore, the parking problem is still caused by the lack of scientific induction method.

Based on a large number of survey data and references, this paper puts forward the corresponding optimization scheme through the planning of parking facilities in the central area of Tongzhou District of Nantong City, and explores the planning and management scheme of the roadside parking lot in the central area of Nantong City. Firstly, the traffic characteristics of the urban functional areas are analyzed, and the corresponding overview of the urban center is made, and the traffic problems and traffic characteristics of the urban center are analyzed. Then, the traffic characteristics of the central area of Tongzhou District are analyzed. Through the field survey data, the research land, the parking status of the district government, the parking status of the government center, the parking distribution of surrounding roads and lots, and the distribution of surrounding buses are analyzed in detail. After that, parking planning strategies and methods are studied, and parking demand prediction, parking planning strategies, parking characteristics in small cities, distribution and utilization status of parking facilities in small cities, and parking problems in small cities are studied and analyzed. Finally, taking the central plot of Tongzhou District of Nantong City as an example, this paper analyzes the current situation of the central plot of Tongzhou District, obtains the feasible optimal design scheme of the central plot of Tongzhou District, puts forward the parking management measures, and evaluates the effect of the optimal design. Finally, this paper summarizes, this paper focuses on the qualitative analysis of parking problems. After that, we need to learn from the experience of foreign advanced countries, analyze the parking system qualitatively and quantitatively, and guide the parking planning. In the future research direction, it is necessary to further study the coordination between off-road parking lots and in-road parking lots to solve the parking problem in the city center more simply.
