江北新区典型客运枢纽换乘一体化调查与优化设计

摘 要

城市客运枢纽是统筹协调城市内外交通的重要平台,其交通功能是满足旅客快速顺畅集散、便捷高效换乘和舒适安全的出行需求,在此,城市客运枢纽换乘设计是枢纽体系研究的一大重点,这也正是本文的研究方向。

首先,研究并综述国内外城市客运枢纽换乘设计研究成果和相关理论;其次,对枢纽内外交通衔接组织、换乘设施布局和规模、换乘客流特征与预测方法等一体化换乘设计关键技术进行研究分析;再次,在此研究基础上,结合调查资料,对南京桥北客运站换乘现状问题,提出近、远期换乘优化设计建议;接着,进行南京北站换乘一体化实例设计,根据客流预测数据,提出换乘设施布局、规模预测和交通组织设计方案;最后,使用基于层次分析法的模糊综合评价法,从枢纽换乘系统换乘顺畅性、换乘时效性、组织有效性三个层面,选取并量化换乘距离、平均换乘时间等九个指标,建立客运枢纽换乘效率评价指标体系和综合评价模型,并以南京北站为例,验证该模型的实用性。

本文分析总结了城市客运枢纽换乘一体化设计的重要因素,基于FAHP提出了枢纽换乘效率的评价模型;将这些研究成果应用于江北新区内的典型客运枢纽,进行实例分析与设计,提供了城市综合枢纽换乘设计优化建议和评价方法。

Investigation and Optimal Design of Integrated Transfer of Typical Passenger Transport Hubs in Jiangbei New District

Abstract

The urban passenger transport hub is a vital platform for coordinating the intercity and intracity transit. Its function on the transport layer is to meet the needs of passengers, to access and leave the hub swiftly, to transfer conveniently and efficiently and to travel comfortably and safely. Among these, the design of transfer plan is a key field in the research of hub system, which is also the research direction of this dissertation.

Firstly, the domestic and oversea research results and theories of urban passenger transport hub in the field of transfer were studied and summarized. Secondly, several crucial aspects of integrated transfer design such as the connective organization of inter-and-intracity transport, the layout and scale of transfer facilities, features and prediction method of passenger flow were analyzed and discussed. Thirdly, on the basis of above research, combined with the survey data, the current and long-term transfer optimization suggestions were proposed so as to settle the specific transfer problems of Nanjing Qiaobei Bus Terminal Station. Fourthly, based on the predicted statistics of passenger flows of Nanjing North Intermodal Transport Hub, the scale and arrangement of its transfer facilities were introduced, also the organization plans for the varied flows was made. Finally, a transfer-efficiency evaluation index system and model of passenger transport hub were establish by means of the method of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, nine evaluation indexes including transfer distance and average transfer time from three respects, the transfer accessibility, time-efficiency and organizational effectiveness, was selected and quantified; also the practicability of this model was further verified by taking Nanjing North Intermodal Transport Hub as a case.

The essential factors of integrated transfer design of urban passenger transport hub were analyzed and summarized in this dissertation. Based on the method of FAHP, an evaluation model of transfer-efficiency was also put forward. This dissertation concluded the optimization suggestions and an evaluation method for transfer-integrity of urban passenger transport hub by case analysis and design, that is, applying the study results to the typical passenger transport hubs in Nanjing Jiangbei New District.
