摘 要

江北新区是江苏省第一个国家级新区。抓住“一带一路”，长江经济带，长三角一体化三大国家的战略机遇，逐步建设成为全省试点区，是全省重要的区域。江北地区作为南京全国性交通枢纽城市的重要组成部分，承担着大量过境交通和南京与长江以北地区交流的对外交通功能，既有规划大多以国家及区域交通发展构架为基础。

论文首先，基于此背景展开研究通过对共建区（浦口）的公共交通线路和场站的调查，根据调查结果对共建区（浦口）的公交场站与线路现状进行分析，找出存在问题；其次，通过分析出所存在问题对共建区（浦口）的公交场站和线路进行优化方案的建立，再进行优化设计；接着，根据三个评价指标非直线系数、线网密度和公交站点覆盖率，对优化后的公交场站和线路进行优化评价；最后，对优化后的公交场站与线路进行一个总结与展望。

本论文的研究成果对江北新区公交线路与场站之后的发展提供实际意义，同样也对建设绿色、智慧、人文、宜居新区具有重要现实意义。

Investigation and Optimal Design of Bus Lines and Stations in the Jointly Constructed Area (Pukou) of Jiangbei New District

ABSTRACT

Jiangbei New District is the first national new district in Jiangsu Province. Seizing the strategic opportunities of the “One Belt and One Road”, the Yangtze River Economic Belt, and the integration of the three major countries in the Yangtze River Delta, it will gradually build into a pilot area of the province, which is an important area of the province. The Jiangbei region, as an important part of Nanjing's national transportation hub city, undertakes a large number of transit traffic and the external transportation function of the exchange between Nanjing and the north of the Yangtze River. Existing plans are mostly based on national and regional transportation development frameworks.

The thesis firstly, based on this background, conduct a research through the investigation of the public transportation lines and stations in the co-construction area (Pukou), and analyze the current status of the bus stations and lines in the co-construction area (Pukou) according to the survey results to find out the problems Secondly, by analyzing the existing problems, the optimization plan of the bus stations and lines in the co-construction area (Pukou) was established, and then the optimal design was carried out; then, according to the three evaluation indicators, the line network density, non-linear coefficient and bus stop coverage Rate, and optimize the evaluation of the optimized bus stations and lines; finally, a summary and prospect of the optimized bus lines and stations.

The research results of this thesis provide practical significance for the development of Jiangbei New District's bus lines and stations, and also have important practical significance for the construction of green, smart, humanistic, and livable new districts.

第一章 概 述

1.1背景意义

南京作为我国东中部交界、并与沿江发展带相交汇的唯一一个省会城市，战略地位极其重要，地处长江三角洲和东部沿海，国家“ T”型经济发展战略带交界处，长江三角洲与中西部地区的交界处，是东部交界的重要交通枢纽城市。以及中国西部，北部和南部的交通干线。

江北新区是指江苏省会南京长江以北的地区，包括浦口区、六合区和栖霞区的八卦洲街道。江北新区地处中国东南、长江三角洲西端，位于江苏省与安徽省交界处，南邻长江，东与江苏省扬州仪征市接壤，北与安徽省滁州天长市接壤，西与滁州及马鞍山和县毗邻。江北新区西与皖江城市带紧密相接，东与苏中和苏北地区交汇，南临长江，拥有贯通东西南北的便捷的公路、铁路、水路和航空枢纽，是国家新一轮经济振兴和产业转移核心区域和经济走廊，也是长三角辐射带动中西部和苏北地区的桥头堡。
