摘 要

近年来，随着城区空间不断拓展和城市居民收入水平不断提升，南京市江北新区居民出行距离和小汽车保有量持续增加，高峰时段中心城区道路交通拥堵现象渐成常态。由于动静态交通系统供需失衡，交通拥堵、停车难和环境污染等一系列城市问题逐渐浮现。此时如果缺乏高品质的公交供给，将会诱发更多的私人小汽车出行，不仅城市组团间的道路交通将会难以承载，还会加剧城市环境污染。

基于该背景，论文首先展开叙述了公交线路和场站优化设计的相关理论，其次对江北新区核心区的公交线路及场站的现状进行调查，提出其存在的问题。接着通过结合现有公交网络的启发式逐步优化方法和调查分析法对线路和场站进行优化设计，最后根据相关指标对其进行评价，以使核心区内公交线路和场站的布设更加合理。

论文研究结果对公交线网及场站的研究提供了一定的理论参加价值，以期改善公共交通体系服务水平低的现状，对江北新区公交发展提供实际指导意义。

Investigation and optimization design of bus lines and stations in the core area of Jiangbei new area

Abstract

In recent years, with the continuous expansion of urban space and the continuous improvement of urban residents' income level, the travel distance and car ownership of residents in Jiangbei new area of Nanjing city continue to increase, and the phenomenon of road traffic congestion in the central urban area becomes normal gradually during peak hours. Due to the imbalance between supply and demand of dynamic and static transportation system, a series of urban problems such as traffic congestion, parking difficulty and environmental pollution are emerging. At this time, the lack of high-quality public transport supply will induce more private car trips, not only the road traffic between urban clusters will be difficult to carry, but also aggravate urban environmental pollution.

Based on this background, the paper first describes the relevant theories of bus line and station optimization design, and then investigates the status quo of bus line and station in the core area of Jiangbei new area, and puts forward the existing problems. Then by combining the heuristic step-by-step optimization method and investigation analysis method of the existing public transport network to optimize the design of lines and stations, and finally evaluate them according to the relevant indicators, so as to make the layout of public transport lines and stations in the core area more reasonable.

The research results of this paper provide a certain theoretical value for the research of public transport network and stations, in order to improve the current situation of low service level of public transport system, and provide practical guidance for the development of public transport in Jiangbei new area.

第一章 绪论

1.1 研究背景与意义

随着经济水平的不断提高，人们的生活得到极大的改善，选择汽车出行变得普遍化，汽车拥有率也不断的提高。小汽车数量的高速增长让机动化出行在城市居民出行总量中占了很大比例，道路交通量随之大幅度增加，小汽车高速增长还有交通拥堵等问题也随之产生，为解决这些问题，“公交都市”这一城市交通战略被提出并被全球大都市定为发展方向。“公交都市”是通过高速公路和快速交通这两个系统来实现紧凑型城市发展和城市智能增长的；建立道路交通，轨道交通和枢纽站系统，以轨道交通为骨架，以传统公交车为网络，以出租车为补充，以慢速交通为延伸，从而建立一个综合的城市公交系统；在限制汽车数量，规范公共交通使用的同时，优先发展公共交通，交通方式由机动化转向公共交通。高速，通畅，绿色环保的交通空间能进一步提高了市民的出行舒适度，并使交通与城市，经济和生活和谐共存。

在此大背景下，南京市也加入了创建“公交都市”的行列之中。在南京市委市政府对公交优先发展的大力支持下，南京市公交吸引力得到有效增强，公交出行占比也得到显著提升，由此南京市被列为全国首批14个公交都市试点城市。在“十二五”期间，南京市公交资源整合工作和“公交都市”创建工作得到逐步深入推进，南京市初步形成了公交设施供给稳步增长、多模式公交体系。随着“十三五”规划的开篇，南京市“公交都市”创建工作也进入攻坚阶段，公共交通在交通系统中的主导地位需要更加的明确，因此要根据公共交通网络布局与发展模式，提前制定公交线网优化方法及实施方案。目前，南京市已经形成了以轨道交通和中运量新公交为骨干、地面公交为主体、慢行交通为延伸的多模式的公交体系，面对新格局的逐渐成型，要做到科学定位，协调公共交通系统一体化发展。对于跟随城市发展框架拉开而涌现的地面公交运营环境及居民出行等的新需求，也要对其积极响应，通过对大站快车、接驳支线、定制公交等特色运营服务模式的大力支持和发展，提升公共交通吸引力，以充分发挥公交换乘枢纽功能，同时进一步推进城乡客运一体化工作。
