摘 要

近年来，随着经济社会的不断进步，机动化水平急剧升高，我国城市交通正面临着巨大的挑战。在城市路网中，平面交叉口是各种交通量汇集的场所，因此运行效率相对较差，交通事故发生率相对也较高，不仅影响着整个城市道路网的安全，同样在一定程度上也影响着整个城市的发展。

为了保障交通畅通及安全通行，找到道路交通网络中的重要交叉口十分重要，本文针对如何判别城市道路重要交叉口展开研究。首先对交叉口重要度影响因素从宏观和微观层面进行了深入研究，在此基础上选择能够客观、合理、准确评价交叉口重要度的指标，并构建城市道路交叉口重要度评价指标体系。其次对判别交叉口重要度的方法进行研究，归纳总结已有方法的优缺点及适用性，提出将层次分析法和TOPSIS逼近理想排序法进行组合的方法来判别交叉口的重要程度并对其进行排序。最后通过交通状态实证研究，论证本文采用的综合节点重要度计算方法具有一定的可行性及合理性。

Identification of Important Intersections of Urban Road and Empirical Study of Traffic Status

Abstract

In recent years, with the continuous advancement of the economy and society, the level of motorization has risen sharply, and China"s urban transportation is facing enormous challenges. In the urban road network, the intersection is a place where various traffic volumes are collected. Therefore, the operational efficiency is relatively poor, and the traffic accident rate is relatively high, which not only affects the safety of the entire urban road network, but also to a certain extent. Affect the development of the entire city.

In order to ensure smooth traffic and safe passage, it is very important to find important intersections in the road transportation network. This paper studies how to distinguish important intersections of urban roads. Firstly, the influencing factors of the importance of intersections are studied from the macro and micro levels. On this basis, the indicators that can objectively, reasonably and accurately evaluate the importance of intersections are constructed, and the evaluation index system of urban road intersection importance is constructed. Secondly, the method of judging the importance of intersection is studied. The advantages, disadvantages and applicability of existing methods are summarized. The method of combining analytic hierarchy process and TOPSIS approximation ideal ranking method is proposed to judge the importance of intersection and to carry out Sort. Finally, through the empirical study of traffic status, it is proved that the comprehensive node importance calculation method adopted in this paper has certain feasibility and rationality.

1.1研究背景及意义

1.1.1 研究背景

在工业化水平不断发展的阶段，经济水平有了明显的提高，机动化的程度日益增长。然而，由于机动车数量增长迅速，城市土地资源已无法满足机动化水平，随之而来的是交通拥堵问题越来越明显，交通事故发生也越来越频繁。国内外学者为此进行了大量的研究，力求改善交叉口交通状态，缓解交通拥堵问题，提高交叉口运行效率。

城市道路网是由不同类型的交叉口及路段以不同的形式连结而成的路网结构。交叉口在其中占据了一定的地位，其主要有连接相交道路，实现人或物转移的功能。城市路网中通常包含交叉口的数量非常大，这些交叉口有的影响较大，有的影响小，并且在路网中所承担的功能也有所不同。本论文以交叉口为研究对象，采用合理的、可行的方法对路网内各交叉口重要度进行判别、排序、评价、分析，并选取某个具体交叉口进行交通状态实证研究以评价该方法的适用性。对重要交叉口的筛选具有重要意义。

1.1.2 研究意义

城市道路平面交叉口在路网中扮演着重要的角色，它不但影响路网的通行能力，更在路网连通性、安全性、高效性等方面发挥了不容忽视的作用。在一般的网络中定义那些在整个网络中起着核心作用的节点为重要节点，同样地，在城市路网中也可以定义那些对路网的连通、高效运行起着关键作用的交叉口为重要交叉口。为了判别路网中的重要交叉口，提高路网运行效率，本文在综合考虑交叉口重要度影响因素的基础上，拟建立一种适合的、改进的、综合的交叉口重要度判别方法。从而对这些路口进行评价分析，发现问题、解决问题，对改善交叉口运行状况，缓解交通拥堵，促进城市交通的发展具有重要意义。
