摘 要

现如今我国经济正快速发展，城市化进程也飞速发展，居民的生活水平也得到了显著的提高，但道路拥堵、环境污染也成为了令人十分头疼的问题。为解决这些问题，我国提出大力发展公共交通，来提高城市公共交通的服务水平，改善城市居民出行结构。但目前，我国尚未建立一套科学完善的公共交通服务与绩效评估指标体系来对城市公共交通服务水平进行评价。为此，本文的主要研究内容是构建大城市公共交通服务与绩效评估指标体系。

本文首先通过大量阅读国内外相关参考文献，对国内外城市公共交通服务与绩效评估的研究现状进行分析，选定初选指标。其次采用问卷调查的方式来进行指标初选，删选掉一些指标。在此基础上删选的得到的指标建立初步的指标体系，经过层次分析法来计算权重，判断是否指标体系成立。接着根据问卷调查以及南京市相关年报等所获得的数据制定每个指标的评价标准，最后，以南京市为例进行指标体系的运用。

本论文的研究成果对于大城市公共交通服务与绩效评估有一定的理论价值，对南京市公共交通服务与绩效评估具有一定的实际意义。

Abstract

With the rapid development of our country economy rapid development and urbanization, with urban road congestion, emissions are plagued by problems such as environmental pollution caused by the many cities in our country, has affected the urban residents" life, study and work, also restricts the construction and development of the city. Vigorously develop public transportation as a national strategy to solve these problems. How to improve the level of urban public transport services, to satisfy the increasing of urban traffic demand, improve the quality of urban residents travel, is the important direction of public transport. The main research content of this article is to build a big cities public transportation service and the performance evaluation index system.

This article first through a lot of reading at home and abroad relevant references, both at home and abroad and the research status of urban public transport services and the performance evaluation were analyzed, and the selected primary index. Secondly, adopt the way of questionnaire survey to index primary sifting out some indicators. On the basis of the clean-up of the indexes to establish a preliminary index system, through the analytic hierarchy process (ahp) to calculate the weight, determine whether the index system was established. Then according to the questionnaire survey and data such as the nanjing related reports make evaluation standard of each index, and finally, taking nanjing as an example for the use of the index system.

The research results of this paper for the city public transportation service and performance evaluation has a certain theoretical value, the nanjing public transportation service and performance evaluation has certain practical significance.
