摘 要

城市轨道交通车站是轨道交通系统客流集散的重要节点，是乘客接受轨道交通服务的起点和终点。地铁车站客流组织方案，主要是指经过对车站设备、设施和空间的分析，制定符合地铁车站实际情况的地铁站乘客进站、乘车、转乘、下车、车站的疏散、指导方案，并根据方案进行车站交通、票务和人员组织的合理分配。

本文对南京地铁鼓楼站的客流组织现状进行较为全面的分析，通过现场调查以及收集资料，根据客流的形成、客流的影响因素、客流的分类，制定不同的大客流组织应对方案，绘制对应的客流组织设计图并进行分析，对城市大客流进行合理、有效地疏散，保证列车的正常运行，同时减少人群停滞地铁站的时间，达到资源合理分配的目的。

ABSTACT

1.1 研究背景

随着城市化进程的加快，城市交通需求持续增长，城市道路交通拥堵、交通事故及交通污染等问题日益加剧。解决城市交通问题的根本在于优先发展以轨道交通为骨干的城市公共交通系统。在城市客运交通领域，在“以人为本、公交优先”方针指导下，城市轨道交通因其具有运量大、速度快、安全准点、能耗小、保护环境和节约用地等优点，深受人民群众的欢迎，现已成为大部分市民的出行首选交通方式。
