摘 要

历史人文价值保护是当前历史城区交通发展的主要影响因素，如何协调历史城区保护与城市交通建设之间的关系，配置适应于当今历史城区发展的交通服务体系势在必行。

本文基于多模式公共交通服务体系理念，分析当前国内外历史城区交通发展现状，重点研究了国内当前历史城区存在的交通问题，结合历史城区的保护和公共交通之前的关系，特别将南京历史城区作为本次研究重点，构建了适合当前南京历史城区现状发展的公共交通服务体系，提出了不同于城市多模式公共交通服务体的历史城区多模式公共交通服务体系。新型公共交通模式对当前历史城区的交通发展有着极大的改善作用，同时有助于城区的发展和城区所在城市的发展。

The historic centre multi-modal public transport service system configuration and research

ABSTRACT

With the development of urban motorization, the urban public traffic construction as the main body of traffic construction, and urban history because of the influence of the historical cultural value, its existence not change sex become the main factors affecting the development of modern urban traffic, how to coordinate the relationship between the historical city protection and the urban traffic construction, the configuration is adapted to the transportation service system is imperative in today"s urban development history.This paper proposes a bus system and predict the share rate of bus model, the research of the share rate provides the help for the transit of the share rate of research in the future, also provides some reference for the city to build bus city.

Based on the concept of multi-modal public transport service system, the analysis of current status of urban traffic development history at home and abroad, focuses on the current domestic urban traffic problems of history, combined with the relations between the historical city protection and public transport, especially the historical city of Nanjing as the research focus, to build a suitable for the development of the current status of history in Nanjing city public traffic service system, put forward different from urban multimodal history of urban public traffic service body multi-modal public transport service system. A new mode of public transport history of current urban transportation development has a great improvement, at the same time is conducive to the further development of city and the development of the urban city.

第一章 概述

1.1研究背景及意义

随着城市交通机动性的加快,世界许多城市面临的主要交通问题有交通拥堵加剧，交通出行距离过长以及路网复杂等，尤以历史城区遗产保护与交通发展之间的冲突和矛盾日益突出。城市需要一些创新举措是所有人都能自由、舒适、高效的出行，而对于历史城区的居民来说保证其安全高效的前提是保障历史城区文化遗产的安全，协调历史文化遗产保护与交通发展的关系,促进历史城区有机更新与功能复兴,实现城市可持续发展成为当前亟待研究的重要课题。因此,开展历史城区多模式公共交通服务体系配置研究具有非常重要的理论意义与实际应用价值。

历史城区交通问题一直是近年来研究和关注的焦点问题，各地在历史文化名城保护和更新的过程中，十分关注交通问题的解决。现有的历史城区交通组织模式、服务体系设计和设施配置方法研究仍然在历史保护的前提之下开展，遵循了保护优先的原则。论文拟从历史城区现状及存在的问题、多模式公共交通发展优势、历史城区交通发展对策、公共交通服务体系配置等方面总结我国历史城区公共交通发展现状，分析我国历史城区多模式公共交通服务体系配置模式，以南京为例详细研究南京历史城区多模式公共交通服务体系的配置。本课题成果一方面主要以策略优化、组织改善和交通管理为主，缺乏一个较为系统地设计和体系研究；另一方面越来越倾向于一定的交通模式引导下开展。这为历史城区交通服务体系和设施配置的研究提供了较好的思路。
