信息技术的迅猛发展，特别是网络技术的普及应用，促使各国政府加快了电子政务建设的步伐，努力探索利用电子化的手段提高公共服务质量和经济效率。

在现在的很多政府服务当中不仅仅是进行一些相关命令的发放，同时也实现了服务的效果。所以当下的政府服务的电子化形式业成为当下政务的主要改善方式。通过这一点我们能够看出，政府想要实现服务的完善话必须要能够整体的进行电子化方面的技术进步。

在这篇文章当中重点进行了政府电子化服务的分析和研究。同时，针对约当下的服务的能力，以及公众在享受服务同时出现的各种各样的问题做出了合理的分析。在现在的社会生活当中，公共服务的整体化程度是非常低的，同时容易遇到一些潜在的工服方面的问题，所以不管是法律还是政治上的建设，都无法达到合理的要求。

在这项研究当中，主要进行了经济等方面的分析。同时，我们能够看出电子服务能够使政府的整体成本有所降低，在这种状态下公众在进行政府的各种工作监督的时候，也能够通过网络的形式实现。在现在政府的公共的电子化服务的形式能够使得社会公众对于政府的体验度更高。除此之外，在政府的经济化的电子服务等方面的研究能够带来更好的社会发展。
