摘 要

为摆脱粗放式生产、人力成本高昂等因素带来的困境，我国众多制造企业已开展C2M模式探索。但由于对工业互联网运用不充分，多数制造企业的实践频频受挫。本文以此为背景，旨在探索工业互联网在C2M模式中的应用价值，及可广泛应用的制造业C2M模式实施方法。

本文采用文献分析法和案例研究法，首先，本文回顾已有研究成果，并阐述工业互联网和C2M模式的相关概念。在此基础上，本文讨论我国制造业C2M模式探索现状，引出工业互联网在C2M模式中的应用价值。最后，本文详细分析海尔集团的C2M模式，并以此为案例总结出C2M模式应用方案。

本文将工业互联网在C2M模式中的应用价值总结为跨时空资源汇聚和生产智能化，并创造性地从企业制度和工业互联网平台两方面提出全流程渗透、充分借助工业互联网便利的C2M模式实施方法，对解决当前制造业C2M模式痛点有一定的指导意义。

Abstract

In order to get rid of the difficulties brought by extensive production and high labor cost, many manufacturing enterprises in China have carried out C2M mode exploration. However, due to the inadequate use of the industrial Internet, the practice of most manufacturing enterprises is frequently frustrated. Based on this , this thesis aims to explore the application value of industrial Internet in C2M mode and the method of using C2M mode in the field of manufacture that can be widely used.

This thesis uses document analysis and case study methods. First of all, this thesis reviews the existing research results, and describes the relevant concepts of industrial Internet and C2M mode. On this basis, this thesis discusses the current situation of C2M mode application in China's manufacturing industry, and introduces the application value of industrial Internet in terms of C2M mode. Finally, this thesis analyzes the C2M mode of Haier in detail, and summarizes the scheme of applying C2M mode in the field of manufacture based on this case.

In this thesis, the application value of industrial Internet in terms of C2M mode is summarized as crossing space and time to collect resources and making manufacturing intelligent. In terms of reforming enterprise system and constructing industrial Internet platform, this thesis creatively put forward the method of using C2M mode which runs through the whole production flow and makes full advantage of the industrial Internet. The method above could guide manufacturing enterprises to solve the problems they come across when exploring the C2M mode.

进入本世纪以来，由于环境、资源、人工成本持续上涨，以及“互联网 ”和大数据等因素的冲击，我国众多自动化、智能化程度低的制造企业正面临日愈严峻的挑战。同时，随着人们生活质量的提高，人们对定制化、个性化的产品和服务体验的追求与日俱增，传统制造业的处境愈发艰难，很难同时满足低成本和个性化定制两个条件。

在这种严峻的局势下，C2M模式应运而生。C2M模式是一种新型的商业模式，是工业互联网背景下的产物。这种模式通过消费者和工厂的直接交互实现按需生产，在满足消费者诉求的同时大大减少库存，最终实现用大规模生产的低成本和高效率生产定制化的产品，从而解决传统制造业的两难问题^[1]。

为了应对时代新挑战，许多制造企业开始尝试C2M模式，但从目前的情况来看，较为成功的案例还比较少。但是，多数企业对工业互联网和C2M模式的理解流于表面，主要依靠自身的数据积累预测需求，或简单地更换智能的工业装备和软件，没有充分利用工业互联网提供的资源和便利，导致预售周期过长、零散订单生产成本过高等问题。

因此，工业互联网在C2M模式中的应用价值是什么，如何充分借助工业互联网，采取C2M模式，完成贯穿产品全生命周期、赋能全产业链的大规模定制，是本文重点研究的内容。
