基于生鲜农产品的供应链模式研究毕业论文

摘 要
随着城镇居民消费水平的提高,更多的人开始选择从线上选购生鲜农产品。现在很多人相比于生鲜的质量,生鲜销售平台上种类丰富的产品才更受消费者欢迎,现在网上购买生鲜的购物平台种类和模式都很多,类似于淘宝,天猫这种电商大平台,还有农场直销等平台可以由消费者进行选购。
对于生鲜的销售来说,最重要的就是配送的问题,其中,冷链物流的发展在配送中举足轻重。国内的冷链物流发展的时间很短,冷链仓储分布不均匀,冷链仓储设施和冷链仓储地理分布不均匀都是目前主要的问题,但是电商的进步伴随着消费升级,供应链水平也在不断的提升。其次,供应链运输的效率也是一个关键的问题,从消费端提高供应链的效率和提高每一个运输环节的效率是关键所在,进行信息共享,可以让农户和平台间的合作更加默契,更加具有契合度。农户与平台分享的信息有库存数量等。信息共享的目的是提高销售信息的质量,对市场的变化进行快速的反应,与供应链各个部分进行合作的默契度更高,信息共享的形成也要从激励供应链各方分享信息开始。
本文研究发现:(1)目前国内外生鲜农产品供应链存在各自发展的优势和劣势。其不同主要表现在消费者模式、物流配送系统和融资额度各方面。(2)以物流中心为核心企业的生鲜农产品供应链模式的创新,以及对冷链物流的现状和发展前景的分析(3)从物流运输的角度对减少供应链中的食品的损失,提高物流运输的效率。
本文特色:(1)对于供应链模式中的物流模式进行分析,将供应链与互联网结合,融合场景化营销和社群营销。

Abstract
With the improvement of consumption level of urban residents, more and more people choose to buy fresh agricultural products online. Nowadays, many people are more popular with consumers than the quality of fresh products. There are many kinds of online shopping platforms for fresh products, such as Taobao, tmall and farm direct sales. For fresh sales, the most important issue is distribution, in which the development of cold chain logistics plays an important role.
The development of domestic cold chain logistics is very short. The distribution of cold chain warehouse is uneven. The main problems are the facilities of cold chain warehouse and the geographical distribution of cold chain warehouse. However, with the development of e-commerce and the upgrading of consumption, the level of supply chain is also improving. Secondly, the efficiency of supply chain transportation is also a key issue. It is the key to improve the efficiency of the supply chain and each transportation link from the perspective of consumers. Information sharing can make the cooperation between farmers and the platform more tacit and consistent. The information shared by farmers and platforms includes inventory quantity, etc. The purpose of information sharing is to improve the quality of sales information, quickly respond to market changes, and cooperate with all parts of the supply chain to a higher degree. Tacit understanding. The formation of information sharing also starts from encouraging all parties in the supply chain to share information.
This paper finds that: (1) there are advantages and disadvantages in the development of fresh agricultural products supply chain at home and abroad. The differences are mainly reflected in consumer model, logistics distribution system and financing amount. (2) The innovation of fresh agricultural products supply chain mode with logistics center as the core enterprise, and the analysis of the current situation and development prospect of cold chain logistics from the perspective of logistics transportation (3) can reduce the grain loss in the supply chain and improve the efficiency of logistics transportation.
The characteristics of this paper are: (1) analyze the logistics mode under the supply chain mode, combine the supply chain with the Internet, integrate the field marketing and community marketing. 1.1研究背景目的及意义
随着电子商务的飞速发展和新冠肺炎疫情影响,越来越多的人开始选择线上购买生鲜农产品。现在很多人为了追求便利的购物体验,不只是关系产品的质量,也更看重线上生鲜产品的商品种类,根据麦肯锡中国生鲜市场调查的数据得知城镇居民在选择生鲜时最看重的是新鲜度问题。根据麦肯锡调查显示有70%的消费者对于商品多样性的卖家是满意的,50%的消费者对于消费的便利性是很看重的,很多商家在这点无法满足消费者的需求[1]。所以既要满足商品种类的多样性,又要保证商品的质量成为了创新的最大因素。生鲜是城镇的人最需要的东西同时也是农民收入提升的来源,在社会经济发展中占有着重要的位置。城镇居民消费水平的提高和消费更加个性化、复杂化,生鲜供应链每一个环节面临的社会环境更加的复杂,传统意义上的供应链模式已经不能适应多元化的消费需求。
随着互联网的进步,网络上简单的搜索,页面上宣传的最新品种的农产品的信息都足够可能去吸引消费者购买。网络上的宣传很大程度的增加了生鲜产品的流通,也为消费者展示了不同季节,不同时期的生鲜种类。消费者的需求不仅仅是生鲜的质量和,更多的要体验新鲜的消费感和体验感,也使得供应链不得不升级以满足消费者日益增长的需求。随着网络智能化的实现,农民在养殖的阶段也可以在线上监控每个品种的生产情况和指定下一步的计划,采购商也可以在线上指导农民进行包装,配送的过程,使得整条供应链变得透明化,也使得风险降低,让企业间的合作更加的密切,努力打造一个合作共赢的供应链。
