基于亚马逊平台的中小企业物流渠道优化研究毕业论文

摘 要

在“一带一路”的大背景下,跨境电子商务行业进入了迅猛发展的新阶段。跨境电商物流是实现跨境电子商务必不可少的组成部分。跨境电商的快速发展需要时效更短、成本更低的跨境电商物流做支撑。因此,如何优化物流渠道是跨境电商企业迫切需要解决的问题。

本文以中小跨境电商企业为研究对象,对中小跨境电商企业的物流渠道优化进行研究。主要内容包括如下几个方面:

第一章主要介绍了本文的研究背景、研究意义,阐述了本文的主要研究内容和研究方法。

第二章先介绍了跨境电子商务的概念,在这基础上介绍了主流跨境电商平台,并对跨境电商以及跨境电商物流相关的国内外研究进行归纳综述。

第三章从跨境电商的发展现状出发,引出目前中小跨境电商企业的发展状况,紧接着分析了目前跨境物流的发展,并对现有主流的四种物流渠道进行了介绍,分别是邮政快递、国际快递、专线物流和海外仓储。并通过SWOT分析方法对这四种物流渠道做进一步分析。

第四章构建了跨境物流渠道选择指标体系,并基于这些指标设计了调查问卷,对中小跨境电商企业物流渠道的选择现状进行调研。问卷调查结果表明中小跨境电商企业选择物流渠道受费用、时效、安全性等因素的影响,中小跨境电商企业普遍面临着物流成本花费高、物流时间长、物流信息不可追踪等问题,中小跨境电商企业急需对物流渠道进行优化,从而提升企业竞争力。

第五章是以亚马逊平台上的A企业为例进行跨境物流渠道选择的实证分析,首先介绍了企业基本信息、目前选择的物流渠道、存在的问题等,进而基于第四章提出的跨境物流渠道选择指标体系,运用专家打分法、层次分析法,对A企业的跨境物流选择指标进行计算分析,得出了为A企业的跨境物流渠道选择的最优选择为海外仓储。

第六章,对本文的主要结论进行了归纳和总结。

Abstract

Under the background of “One Belt, One Road”, the cross-border e-commerce industry has entered a new stage of rapid development. Cross-border e-commerce logistics is an integral part of achieving cross-border e-commerce. The rapid development of cross-border e-commerce requires the support of cross-border e-commerce logistics with shorter timelines and lower costs. Therefore, how to optimize logistics channels is an urgent problem for cross-border e-commerce companies.

This paper takes small and medium-sized cross-border e-commerce enterprises as the research object, and studies the optimization of logistics channels for small and medium-sized cross-border e-commerce enterprises. The main contents include the following aspects:

The first chapter mainly introduces the research background and research significance of this paper, and expounds the main research contents and research methods of this paper.

The second chapter introduces the concept of cross-border e-commerce and the current major cross-border e-commerce platform, and then classifies and summarizes the research status of cross-border e-commerce at home and abroad.

The third chapter analyzes the development status and existing problems of small and medium-sized cross-border e-commerce enterprises, expounds the status quo of cross-border e-commerce logistics in China, and analyzes and introduces four major logistics channels. , postal parcels, international express delivery, third-party logistics and overseas warehousing, as well as SWOT analysis of four logistics channels.

The fourth chapter constructs the cross-border logistics channel selection index system, and on this basis, the questionnaire is designed to investigate the current situation of logistics channel selection for small and medium-sized cross-border e-commerce enterprises. The results of the questionnaire survey indicate that the choice of logistics channels for small and medium-sized cross-border e-commerce enterprises is affected by factors such as cost, timeliness and security. Small and medium-sized cross-border e-commerce enterprises generally face problems such as high logistics costs, long logistics time, and difficult tracking of logistics information. Small and medium-sized cross-border e-commerce companies urgently need to optimize logistics channels to enhance their competitiveness.

The fifth chapter is based on the empirical analysis of the cross-border logistics channel selection of Company A on the Amazon platform. Firstly, the basic situation of the enterprise is introduced. Then, based on the cross-border logistics channel selection index system proposed in the fourth chapter, the expert scoring method and the analytic hierarchy process are used to calculate and analyze the cross-border logistics selection indicators of the A enterprise. The best choice for logistics channels is overseas warehousing.

The sixth chapter is summarized the main conclusions of this paper.
