摘 要

随着信息时代的不断更迭，高等学校为了适应社会发展的需要，纷纷建立了属于自己的网站，并设有专门的部门来管理和维护自己的网站，目的是为高校师生提供更好的信息服务。然而从网站的使用群体考虑，除了高校师生这样的内部用户，网站的外部人员同样也不能忽视，这时候网站的易用性便成为其中决定性的因素。目前，高校网站在实际使用的过程中，易用性建设相对较低，这样不仅使高校网站不能充分的发挥其应有的功能，还会降低高校在社会中的良好形象。

本文基于对易用性内涵和外延的界定和对影响高校网站易用性因素的讨论，首先，以南京工业大学教务处网站为例展开问卷调查，然后根据所回收的样本进行数据整理分析，根据调查结果了解受调查者对南京工业大学教务处网站的易用性评价，发现本校网站易用性的问题与不足。通过网页的页面设计、内容信息、网页技术和交互性四个方面对南京工业大学教务处网站进行易用性的分析，将本校教务处网站与发展比较成熟的高校部门网站进行对比，更深层次地去讨论高校网站易用性建设存在的问题；并相应地给出解决对策。

Investigation and Research on the Ease of Use of University Department Websites

Taking Nanjing University of Technology as an example

ABSTRACT

With the constant changes in the information age, colleges and universities in order to meet the needs of social development, have established their own website, and sets up a special department to manage and maintain their own website, the purpose is to provide better information service for college teachers and students. However, among the communities who use the website, in addition to the internal users such as college teachers and students, the external staff who use the site is also a force which can 't be ignored, and often the requirements of the external staff of the site higher, so the ease of use of the site has become one of the decisive factors. At present, in the actual use of the site, ease of use is relatively low, so that not only does the university site can 't fully play its proper function, but also reduce the good image of the university in society.

This article is based on the definition and extension of ease of use and discussion on the factors which affect the ease of use, this paper takes the Nanjing University of Technology Academic Office website as an example to carry out a questionnaire survey, and then according to the recovery of the sample data for finishing analysis, based on the results to understand the respondents on the Nanjing University of Technology Academic Office of the ease of use of the evaluation, found the problems and shortcomings. Through the page design, content information, web technology and interactive four aspects of the Nanjing University of Technology Academic Office website to analyze the ease of use, compared to other university website which have developed more mature, discussing the problems of university websites in a deeper way; and to give corresponding solutions.

第一章 引 言

1.1研究背景

高校网站作为高等学校的重要宣传窗口，让访问者快捷准确的对学校的各类信息进行浏览，对高校信息化建设有重要的推动作用。高等学校通过自己设立的门户网站来展现自身的教育理念和办学风采，并为学校在社会各界中树立了良好的形象，对高校的教学事务和校际交流合作有重大影响。为了满足社会信息化建设的需求，高等学校都建立了属于自己的门户网站，并设有专门的部门来管理和维护这些网站。

南京工业大学简称“南工”，是一所以工科为主的省属重点建设的百强名校，是国家重点建设的高校，在2001年5月与南京化工大学和南京建筑工程学院合并而成，距今也已稳定发展了16年。在其下属的部门中，有几个进行了网站的建设，其中包括教务处（jwb.njtech.edu.cn），体育部（tyb.njtech.edu.cn），图书馆（lib.njtech.edu.cn）,南京工业大学统一身份认证（a.njtech.edu.cn）等较为成熟的网站，而教务处网站虽然不是其中流量最多的，但是却是易用性建设问题方面较多的一个，所以本文将以南京工业大学教务处网站为例展开对网站易用性建设的探讨，让相关教学工作管理者正视高校网站易用性的问题，拿出可靠的解决对策。

1.2研究意义

研究高校部门网站的易用性对学校的管理工作具有重大的指导意义，高校网站在建设过程中仍然存在着信息整合不均、资源使用效率低等参差不齐的现象，通过研究高校部门的易用性不仅可以使高校的管理部门及时了解用户在使用过程的需求，更好地去定位学校网站的职能，在提供服务的过程中不断改进服务，提高相关部门的管理效率；而且还能增强高校教职工使用网站的积极性，对高校部门网站的管理运营具有重要的借鉴和参考价值。

1.3研究内容

随着高校信息化建设的不断加强和互联网技术的升级，高等学校纷纷建立起部门网站，为学校承担起相应的职能，部门网站作为高校师生了解学校的重要入口，需要为高校师生提供有价值的信息。然而在网站建设的过程中，仍然存在着易用性低的相关问题，所以为了让网站建设的更加成熟，了解是何种因素影响到网站的易用性，找出问题并提出解决对策。
