摘 要

随着互联网的兴起，它已经深刻改变了当今人们的生产和生活方式。据有关数据统计，中国的网民人数截至2015年已超过6.88亿，是世界最大的互联网市场。在而今社会中，许多人外出工作或进修，他们中的许多人都在为找不到合适的居住地而懊恼。对于拥有额外房屋的人，他们也忧虑自身的房子没有租出去而荒废。鉴于以上问题，本网站结合社会实际需求，以Visual Studio 2010为主要开发环境，遵循三层架构思想设计，采用ASP.NET技术和C#语言，并以SQL Server 2008作为后台数据库的管理来开发建设。前台主要为用户提供了用户登录、用户注册、找回密码、查询或修改个人信息、积分充值、发布房源、房源管理、查询房源及其详细信息、意见反馈等功能。后台主要为管理员提供网站收入、充值列表、用户管理、房源管理、意见管理等功能。

The Design And Implementation Of PuKou Rental Network

ABSTRACT

The rise of the Internet has profoundly affected people's production and life .According to statistics, the number of Chinese Internet users has more than 688 million, is the world's largest Internet market. In the present society, many people go out to work or study, many of them feel unhappy because they worry about not finding a suitable house rented. For the owners of free houses, they also worried that their house is not rented out and abandoned. In view of the above problems, combining with the social needs, the idea of three layer architecture design,Asp.net technology, Visual Studio 2010 development environment, using C # language and SQL Server 2008 as background database management development and construction of PUKOU rental site. The front desk is mainly to provide users with a user log in, user registration, query / retrieve password, modify personal information, recharge, publishing houses, housing management, query housing and detailed information query management, feedback and other functions. Background for the administrator to provide website revenue, the list of top management, user management, housing management, opinion management, administrator management and other functions.
