摘 要

随着互联网的迅速发展，电子商务的进步，推动了物流行业进入一个崭新的时代。老旧的物流配送体系高成本，低效率的问题日渐显著，取而代之的是新兴智慧物流的崛起，对原来的物流配送体系形成了巨大的竞争力。所以在当今电子商务时代，选择正确的物流配送体系无论是对物流企业还是对电子商务的发展都是有着重要意义。本文将对智慧物流配送体系所面临的问题进行具体分析，并从国家关于智慧物流的政策、人力资源以及企业自身问题三个角度进行研究。

首先通过阅读文献来了解智慧物流配送体系的工作原理，了解国家大中小物流企业关于配送体系的发展现状以及存在的主要问题，分析问题的关键所在，利用SWOT矩阵分析德邦物流的优势与劣势，机会与威胁。最终得出关于国家政策如何帮助企业快速革新以及如何通过人工智能改善企业自身的智慧物流配送模式。

通过本文的探讨分析发现，影响物流配送体系在我国发展的条件有很多，最主要的有物流企业自身的问题和国家政策的问题，这两者的关联如果能处理得当，将对智慧物流配送体系在我国的发展有极大的助推力。

Exploration and Analysis of E-commerce "Smart Logistics" Distribution System——Take Deppon Logistics as an Example

Abstract

With the rapid development of the Internet and the progress of e-commerce, the logistics industry has entered a new era. Meanwhile, the problem of high cost and low efficiency of the old logistics and distribution system is becoming increasingly obvious. As a result, the new intelligent logistics begin to thrive, forming huge competitiveness to the original logistics and distribution system. Therefore, in the e-commerce era, choosing the right logistics distribution system is of great significance to both logistics enterprises and the development of e-commerce. This paper will make a specific analysis of the problems faced by the intelligent logistics distribution system, and conduct a study from three perspectives: the national policy on intelligent logistics, human resources，and the problems of enterprises themselves.

First of all, by digging into related literature, the paper will deepen the understanding of the working principle of the intelligent logistics distribution system, the development status of the distribution system, and the main problems existing in national large and medium-sized logistics enterprises. Moreover, the paper will analyze the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities as well as threats of Deppon Logistics by SWOT matrix. Finally, the paper will find out how national policies can help enterprises to innovate quickly and to improve their own intelligent logistics distribution mode through artificial intelligence.

Through the discussion and analysis of this paper, the paper draws on the conclusion that many conditions are affecting the development of logistics distribution systems in China, the most important of which are the problems of logistics enterprises themselves and the problems of national policies. If the relationship between the two can be properly handled, it will greatly promote the development of the intelligent logistics distribution system at home.

1.1研究背景和研究意义

物联网、大数据、云计算等新兴人工智能和信息技术的飞速进步，对经济飞涨、产业革命等产生了较大的影响，不仅重新塑造了产业的形态，而且还开发了新的经济增长点；与此同时，居民消费能力渐渐地提升，对消费质量的要求不断提高，像绿色消费、智能服务等，而当下我国传统物流业的发展难以适应经济的转型和消费的升级，因此，当作为新兴物流业和信息技术融合的产物，智慧物流随之出现。随着智慧物流的发展，我们急需对智慧物流配送体系开展研究探讨，为智慧物流配送体系的持续、健康的发展提供理论基础。物流的配送体系在整个物流系统中有着举足轻重的地位，是物流大众化、特殊化的基本要求。因此，国家在几年之间发布了一系列扶持物流发展的新兴政策，整个物流领域在前所未有的速度中发展。根据相关数据统计，新兴智慧物流配送系统在国内的市场占有率接近35%，伴随着物流领域发展的不断开阔，物流装备市场逐渐将重点转移到以技术为主的智慧物流系统上，对陈旧的仓储模式和物流装备进行以旧换。由于互联网的进步，人们更加地依赖物流智能化，国内也出现了不少新兴物流企业，每个物流企业都拥有一套自己的物流系统。据统计，截止2020年底，从事物流的企业接近35万家，大型物流企业拥有自主物流配送系统的企业接近650余个，物流吸引的就业人员总数接近3100万人，是增长最快的实体行业之一。
