互联网 教育新公益模式探索分析——以“互 计划”为例

摘 要
“互联网+教育”是以互联网为依托,将教育的形式和内容呈现在网络上的新型教育模式,实现了学习者随时随地学习知识的目标。由于当前互联网科技的不断进步和我国出台实施了一系列教育支持政策,这在很大程度上推动了“互联网+”教育的快速发展,以此来提高教育资源的利用效率,推动教育事业的公平,尤其是对于教育资源存在较大缺口的乡镇或边远山区的教育事业的发展具有非常重要的促进作用,这也是中国未来教育发展的重要方向。在新冠疫情爆发之后,许多学校以及教育机构无法开展线下教学,只能转为线上课堂,越来越多的教育平台推出了网络公益课堂,让教育管理者以及师生都享受到了互联网与教育融合带来的便利。
本研究通过查阅大量关于互联网+教育新公益模式的文献资料,探索分析互联网+教育新公益模式发展现状。首先,指出了在传统教育模式下城乡教育存在较大的差距,接着分析“互联网+”为我国城乡教育带来的变革,改善了教育不公平问题。其次,通过搜集大量相关数据以及文献资料,调查分析我国互联网+教育新公益模式的发展现状,列举出现有的公益模式及其典型案例,并指出了在具体实现过程中存在的现实问题及其成因。选择“互+计划”公益课程项目进行具体分析,阐述其在助力教育精准扶贫、助推教师专业发展、从教育公益到社会创新三方面做出的成功探索,希望对互联网+教育新公益模式的研究与发展有所帮助。最后,强调“互联网+”促进教育均衡发展不单单是一个教育问题,更是与经济、政治和社会紧密相连的多元化问题,需要社会各界的共同努力。为疫情后互联网+教育新公益模式的发展提出了网络的研发与普及、平台的创新与开发、实现线上+线下教学、树立终身学习观念四点建议。

Exploration and Analysis of the New Public Welfare Model of Internet Plus Education: Taking "Hujia Project" as an Example
Abstract
"Internet + Education" is a new education model that relies on the Internet and presents the form and content of education on the Internet, achieving the goal of learners to learn knowledge anytime, anywhere. Due to the continuous progress of Internet technology and the implementation of a series of education support policies in my country, this has to a large extent promoted the rapid development of "Internet +" education, so as to improve the efficiency of the use of educational resources and promote the fairness of education. Especially for the development of education in villages and towns or remote mountainous areas where there is a large gap in educational resources. This is also an important direction for China’s future educational development. After the outbreak of the new crown epidemic, many schools and educational institutions were unable to carry out offline teaching and could only switch to online classrooms. More and more education platforms launched online public welfare classrooms, allowing education managers, teachers and students to enjoy the Internet and the convenience brought by the integration of education.
This research explores and analyzes the development status of the new public welfare model of Internet+education by consulting a large number of documents about the new public welfare model of Internet+education. First, it points out that there is a large gap between urban and rural education under the traditional education model, and then analyzes the changes brought about by "Internet +" to my country"s urban and rural education, which has improved the problem of educational inequity. Secondly, through the collection of a large amount of relevant data and literature, we investigate and analyze the development status of my country"s Internet + education new public welfare model, list the existing public welfare models and their typical cases, and point out the practical problems and their causes in the specific implementation process. Select the "Hujia Project" charity curriculum project to conduct a specific analysis, expounding its successful exploration in three aspects: assisting education precision poverty alleviation, boosting teacher professional development, from educational charity to social innovation Research and development help. Finally, it is emphasized that the promotion of balanced development of education by "Internet +" is not only an educational issue, but also a diversified issue closely related to economy, politics and society, requiring the joint efforts of all sectors of society. For the development of the new public welfare model of Internet + education after the epidemic, four suggestions were put forward on the research and development and popularization of the network, the innovation and development of the platform, the realization of online + offline teaching, and the establishment of the concept of lifelong learning.
