顺丰速运大闸蟹直播电商业务方案设计

摘 要
直播带货电商快速发展的今天,通过直播带货的形式开展电商业务成为各大企业不可忽视的一项电商业务。对有直播电商业务的企业进行方案设计不论是从经销商、消费者,还是从企业本身来看,都显得非常重要。
本课题拟从产品本身、顺丰速运业务营销、本地业务需求等方面着手分析南京区顺丰速运设计一份针对顺丰速运南京区特色产品的直播电商业务的方案,作为江苏南京特色产品,大闸蟹特色产品项目对于江苏顺丰速运而言是下半年公司业务最重要的项目之一,因此,江苏顺丰速运公司开展了针对南京固城湖大闸蟹的特色产品直播带货并设计了方案从而为企业建立业务营销策略,确定营销方法,从而进一步挖掘潜在客户,同时培养客户提供参考。

Design of live broadcast e-commerce business of SF Express"s characteristic products
Abstract
With the rapid development of e-commerce with live broadcast and goods, it has become an e-commerce business that can not be ignored by major enterprises to carry out e-commerce business in the form of live broadcast and goods. It is very important to design the scheme for the enterprises with live e-commerce business, whether from the perspective of dealers, consumers or the enterprises themselves. This topic plans to design a live e-commerce business plan for the characteristic products of Shunfeng express in Nanjing from the aspects of product itself, consumer preferences and local business needs. As a characteristic product of Jiangsu Nanjing, hairy crab characteristic product project is one of the most important business projects for Jiangsu Shunfeng express in the second half of the year. Therefore, Jiangsu Shunfeng Express has carried out the project Aiming at the characteristic products of Nanjing Gucheng Lake hairy crabs, the paper designs the scheme of live broadcast and delivery, so as to provide reference for enterprises to establish business marketing strategies, marketing methods and means, further tap potential customers and cultivate customers.

绪 论
1.1 研究背景
在快递网络高速发展的今天,快递公司长期存在利润过低、准入门槛低、核心竞争力持续下降等问题,作为行业龙头企业的顺丰速运在今年发布的第一季度财报中显示,顺丰今年第一季度净利润为亏损9.89亿元,同比去年顺丰集团净利润为9.07亿元。因此,许多快递公司已经开始尝试转型,如顺丰涉足高科技及线上电商。但是作为传统物流行业想要跨行业盈利仍然存在诸多问题,如何贴合当地实际,形成带有当地特色的电商业务方案,是本人认为目前顺丰速运最为重要的任务。
1.2 研究目的及意义
直播带货电商快速发展的今天,通过直播带货的形式开展电商业务成为各大企业不可忽视的一项电商业务。对有直播电商业务的企业进行方案设计不论是从经销商、消费者,还是从企业本身来看,都显得非常重要。
大闸蟹项目作为南京顺丰速运下半年最为重要的项目,如何利用直播带货提升销量显得尤为重要,因此本人为此设计一份较为详实的直播带货方案。
1.3 研究内容及方法
主要采用了文献研究法与实地考察法来进行研究。对于本课题设计到的“直播带货”、“快递行业营销”等相关文献资料,了解与本课题相关的方案设计与客户需求分析。通过阅读大量文献达到快速了解本行业的相关理论知识与基础。
