摘 要

顺丰物流是目前国内领先的快递类物流综合服务商，经过近30年发展，顺丰已初步建立了一个为客户提供一体化的综合物流企业，不但提供配送端的高质量物流服务，以消费者需求出发，还运用大数据分析和云计算的技术，为客户提供仓储管理、销售预测、大数据分析、金融管理等相关服务。

在电子商务快速发展的今天顺丰物流面临着机遇和挑战，通过对顺丰的发展研究可以分析出在目前经济环境下的物流行业该如何发展。波特五力模型剖析了顺丰物流在供应商的议价能力、购买者的议价能力、新进入者的威胁、替代品的威胁、同业竞争者的竞争程度这五个方面的发展形势情况，顺丰具有明显的优势，同时缺点和困境也显而易见。

顺丰物流近些年的销售数据和财务数据体现出顺丰物流一向保持着稳定的发展，利润保持着持续的增长。目前，顺丰物流积累的品牌、管理和服务的核心竞争优势在短期内仍然比较明显，但从长远来看，顺丰面临的威胁大于机遇，未来的发展面临着巨大的挑战。

但是目前顺丰物流在发展中还面临着如收费标准偏高、运输成本偏高、网点覆盖不均、缺少专业人才、服务水平低等方面的发展问题，需要顺丰对这些问题做出变革，化威胁为机遇，促进顺丰保持一个高效持续的发展。对于这些方面的问题，顺丰可以通过开展差异化服务、进行人才培训、适当调节网点分布、提高信息化水平、合理调整收费标准等措施来进行应对。根据不同的行业、客户群体、场景需求的多样化，顺丰可以从客户需求动身，深度挖掘在不同场景下客户的个性化需求，设计适合各个行业客户的产品和服务，形成有质量的差异化，再由产品设计牵引内部资源配置，优化产品体系。

顺丰物流在近几年的发展中一直保持这一个稳定的发展，但随着市场竞争的不断激化顺丰物流的发展将会受到威胁，相信顺丰物流可以在危机中发现机遇，战胜未来面临的挑战，成为我国物流行业的发展典型，对整个物流行业起到示范作用。

SF Logistics Development Research

Abstract

Along abundant logistics is the leading domestic express class integrated logistics service provider, after nearly 30 years development, logistics has been preliminarily established a motion for the customer provides the integration of the integrated logistics enterprise, not only provide distribution of the high quality logistics services, to consumer demand, also by using big data analysis and cloud computing technology, providing customers with warehouse management, sales forecast, data analysis, financial management, and other related services.

Today, with the rapid development of e-commerce, sf logistics is facing opportunities and challenges. By studying the development of sf logistics, it can analyze how to develop the logistics industry in the current economic environment. Porter"s five forces model analyzes the development situation of sf logistics in the five aspects of bargaining power of suppliers, bargaining power of buyers, threat of new entrants, threat of substitutes and degree of competition of competitors. Sf logistics has obvious advantages, but also obvious disadvantages and difficulties.

The sales data and financial data of sf logistics in recent years reflect that sf logistics has always maintained a stable development and sustained growth of profits. At present, the core competitive advantages of sf logistics in brand, management and service are still obvious in the short term, but in the long term, sf logistics faces more threats than opportunities and faces huge challenges in its future development.

However, in the development of sf logistics, there are still some problems such as high charging standard, high transportation cost, uneven network coverage, lack of professional talents, low service level, etc., which need sf logistics to make changes to these problems, turn threats into opportunities, and promote sf logistics to maintain an efficient and sustainable development. For these aspects of the problem, sf logistics can be carried out by differentiated services, personnel training, appropriate adjustment of network distribution, improve the level of information, reasonable adjustment of charging standards and other measures to deal with. According to the requirements of different industries, customer group, scene of diversification, suitable abundant logistics can start from the needs of customers, deep mining in different scenarios the personalized needs of customers, design suitable for all products and services, customers in the industry to form a quality differentiation, again by the product design drawing internal resource allocation, optimization of product system.

Suitable abundant logistics developing in recent years has maintained a stable development, but with the development of the market competition intensified along abundant logistics will be threatened, believe along abundant logistics opportunities can be found in a crisis, overcome the challenge for the future, become a typical of China"s logistics industry development, play the part of demonstration role for the whole logistics industry.
