摘 要

互联网的发展极大地加速了社会的发展，便利和丰富了我们的生活，同时也是带来了一些社会问题，而网络交易欺诈就是其中的一个主要的一个问题。因为网络交易的覆盖面之广泛是以前任何社会阶段都无法比拟的，甚至是打破了地域和国界的限制，所以使得网络交易欺诈变得难以解决。一些不法分子为了获得高额的不法利益而制造出层出不穷的欺诈案件，为消费者带来了新型的困扰，特别是近年来网络交易欺诈案件越来越多，造成的人均损失越来越大，各种欺诈手段层出不穷，变化多端。这些问题使得处理网络交易欺诈成为社会公众迫切的诉求。

本文首先通过研究国内外相关文献，对传统欺诈与网络交易欺诈做出界定，再归纳总结出网络欺诈的类型，并对其成因进行分析。接着以淘宝网为例，对网络交易欺诈涉及的内容，手法以及相应的成因和规模进行调查分析与总结，并设计合理的问卷调查进行样本分析统计，从而来论述造成欺诈的缘由和给出对应的对策。最后通过模型总结出网络欺诈的应对策略的思路，并从政府、平台服务商、消费者三个方面提出其在网络交易欺诈发生前后应采取的相应防范对策。

Identification and Countermeasure Analysis of Fraud in Internet Trading

Abstract

Since the beginning of the new century, with the rapid development of the Internet, the netizens at this stage in China have reached the daily average of Internet access. The development of the Internet has greatly accelerated the development of society, facilitating and enriching our lives. Some social problems have arisen, and online transaction fraud is one of the main problems. Because the coverage of online transactions is unmatched by any previous social stage, and even breaks the limits of geography and national boundaries, it makes online transaction fraud difficult to solve. Some lawless elements have created endless fraud cases in order to obtain high unlawful interests, which has brought new problems to consumers. In particular, in recent years, more and more online transaction fraud cases have caused more and more per capita losses. Various forms of fraud have emerged in an endless stream. These problems make dealing with online transaction fraud an urgent request of the public.

This paper firstly defines the traditional fraud and online transaction fraud by studying relevant literatures at home and abroad, and then summarizes the types of online fraud and analyzes its causes. Then take Taobao as an example to investigate and summarize the content, methods and corresponding causes and scales involved in online transaction fraud, and design a reasonable questionnaire to conduct sample analysis and statistics, so as to discuss the causes of fraud and give corresponding correspondence. Countermeasures. Finally, the paper summarizes the ideas of coping strategies for online fraud, and proposes the corresponding countermeasures before and after the occurrence of online transaction fraud from the government, platform service providers and consumers.
