摘 要

21世纪是一个全新的信息时代，信息化的应用在社会中的各行各业都展露无遗，其中信息化在酒店行业的应用也是同样，酒店行业计算机水平的不断发展使得酒店行业的系统信息化水平达到了一个全新的发展程度。对比过去更加详细和全面稳定与可靠的计算机水平使得酒店业的系统打点发生了全方位的变化。21世纪的酒店管理，管理者为了使得酒店各项资源的管理更加高效，在管理体系上进行了大方位的变动，从而更加全面地掌控酒店信息的各个环节的情况变动。更加高效的酒店管理使得管理者能够及时有效地应付各项突发事件以及信息的变更，管理者及时调整管理方案，促进酒店业绩的提升。

21世纪的酒店已经不再单单是提供给人们休息的场所，酒店提供的内容也更加全面，其中还会包含餐饮、娱乐、通信等相关联的服务。和从前的酒店管理相比较，21世纪的酒店管理范畴更加巨大，信息量扩增，规模也随之扩大。因此，如何进行高效全方位的酒店信息管理在此时就显得愈发重要。酒店管理信息系统的变革的发生也是非常必然，本文的酒店管理分析与设计就是依据21世纪的酒店管理实时市场而进行分析与设计的。

Abstract
