摘 要

自共享经济逐渐发展以来，共享自行车便开始出现在公众视野。由于机动车数量的飞速增加，为了进一步保护能源的大量消耗，提倡绿色健康环保，缓解交通路线拥堵，和解决距离目的地“最后一公里”的出行问题，共享自行车依靠其“方便快捷，绿色出行，保护环境”的理念，很快占据了交通市场。

本文通过对南京市共享自行车的发展现状进行了调查与分析：如今在南京市的共享单车行业中，摩拜单车和小黄车占据主要市场，主要服务于年轻人群体，并流行于一、二线城市。并对现存在的一系列发展问题如：用户道德意识缺乏、无完善的管理和服务系统、单车出行的局限性、企业与政府监管不全面等，提出了相应的解决建议。例如：引导公民提高素质、完善单车管理系统、改善单车设计缺陷、加强单车市场监管、提高单车营销手段等。这样的话不仅能促进共享单车市场的快速发展，而且有利于缓解城市交通拥堵，最大程度的提高整个城市的运行效率。

The Development Status Problems and Countermeasures of Shared Bicycles in Nanjing City

Abstract

Since the development of shared economy, shared bicycles have begun to appear in public view. Because of the rapid increase in the number of motor vehicles, in order to further protect the large amount of energy consumption, promote green and healthy environmental protection, alleviate traffic congestion, and solve the distance destination "last kilometer" of travel problems, sharing bicycles rely on its "convenient, fast, green travel, protection of the environment" concept, quickly occupied The traffic market.

In this paper, the current status of the development of shared bicycles in Nanjing is investigated and analyzed. Nowadays, in the shared bicycle industry in Nanjing, the motorbike and the small yellow cars occupy the main market, which mainly serve the young people, and are popular in the first and second tier cities. And a series of existing problems, such as the lack of users" moral consciousness, the imperfect management and service system, the limitation of the bicycle travel, the incomplete supervision of the enterprise and the government, have been put forward. For example, we should guide citizens to improve their quality, improve the management system of bicycles, improve the design defects of bicycles, strengthen the supervision of bicycle market, and improve the marketing methods of bicycles. Such words can not only promote the rapid development of the sharing of the single car market, but also help to alleviate urban traffic congestion and maximize the efficiency of the whole city.

1.1 研究背景和意义

随着我国综合国力的迅速发展，人们生活水平的持续提高，我国机动车人均拥有量也迅猛增加。在公安部交通管理局官网公布的数据中显示，到2017年3月底，机动车总量第一次超过了3亿辆。随着我国经济的快速发展，机动车数量也成快速增长趋势，最近五年平均增加了1400万辆。虽然机动车为人们的生活提供了便利，很大程度上提高了人们的城市出行效率，但由于机动车保有量的不断增加，城市交通运转效率不断下降，空气质量严重下降。

为了缓解城市交通拥堵、环境污染、能源消耗等状况，公共自行车应运而生。公共自行车本着“绿色环保、低碳出行”的理念，斩获了一定的交通市场。公共自行车即放即停，即借即用的优势很大程度上赢得了大众的青睐。公共自行车不但解决了居民出行“最后一公里”的难题，而且也提高的人们的生活质量。在鼓励可持续发展的现今，绿色环保出行将成为未来城市交通发展的重要组成部分，而共享自行车将成为人们绿色出行的一种新兴的出行方式。
