摘 要

在这个互联网飞速发展的时代，计算机与网络不仅已经成为了人们的日常生活与生产中不可或缺的一部分，同时也给很多企事业单位信息化管理带来了便捷。利用互联网能够更加灵活地整合信息资源，实现资源信息在线、同步、高效的管理和利用，在提高企事业单位办公效率和优化工作流程方面起到了着非常重要的作用，同时也有助于企事业单位灵活应对市场或业务需求多变。与此同时，许多企业也开发出了自己的设备信息管理系统。本文基于Web2.0技术，设计并开发了基于 Web的设备管理系统，目的是为了提高管理员的办公效率的同时能够减轻工作量。目前基于B/S架构的Web应用以及互联网办公将会是未来软件发展的一个主流和趋势。基于B/S结构的Web实现数据的在线添加、修改、删除以及查找等功能，具有较高的实用价值。本系统的设计和实现遵循软件工程的规范，包含系统的需求分析、系统的总体设计、数据库设计、系统功能的实现与测试以及系统的更新与维护等。在设计此次设备信息管理系统过程中，主要从设备管理的实际出发，分析了系统设备管理的要求，主要从系统功能需求、数据库设计、各个主要功能模块设计等方面进行了详细的阐述与说明。

根据企业设备管理的实际需求与存在的问题,对目前企业设备的信息管理、借用及开放模式进行了分析,设计并实现了一个基于Web的综合管理系统.该系统采用B/S结构,运用ASP.NET,C#，Access等技术,构建了设备信息管理的新模式,促进设备共享,有效提高了设备利用率,加强设备管理的效率和科学性。^[6]

The Analysis and Design of Equipment Management System Based on Web

Abstract

With the rapid development of internet technology, computers and the internet not only become an indispensable part of people’s life, but also provide convenience for the information management of enterprises and public institutions. Information resources can be integrated more flexible with the help of the internet, thus realize online, synchronized and efficient management and utilization of information resources, which plays a significant role in improving office efficiency and optimizing working process, as well as dealing with the various demand of market and business. As a result, plenty of enterprises have developed their own equipment information management systems. In order to improve the working efficiency and reduce workload of the administrator, A web based equipment management system is designed and developed. WEB application based on B/S framework and internet office is now the mainstream and trend of future software development. B/S based Web technology can achieve online adding, modifying, deleting and searching of data, which has a highly practical value. The design and realization of the developed system follows the norms of software engineering, which includes demand analysis, overall design, database design, realization and test of system functions, and update and maintenance of the system. The actual management requirement are mainly considered and analyzed in the design process. System function demand, database design and design of key function modules are described in detail in this paper.

According to the actual demand and problems in the equipment management process, the information management, borrowing and opening mode of equipment are analyzed. A Web based integrated management system is designed and realized. The system utilizes the B/S framework and technologies such as ASP.NET, C# and Access. The designed system can play a role in building a new management pattern of equipment information management to promote the sharing of equipment, improve equipment utilization and improve the efficiency and scientificity of equipment management.

1.1 研究背景

在21世纪这个市场瞬息万变的大环境下，企事业单位要面对更加激烈的市场竞争。而企业必须采用现代信息技术，在自身的运营中应对快速的市场变化，快速决策，才能在竞争中赢得竞争。虽然初期的计算机辅助管理系统可以帮助各部门提高工作效率，但是因为各部门系统之间缺少同一的总体策划，部门与部门之间没有进行有效的信息沟通，企业的整体效益还是没有得到明显的提高。

设备管理系统（管理系统设备）是指设备技术信息与现代管理相结合，是研究水平管理信息化的先导。设备管理软件是计算机技术与设备管理相结合，设备管理的目标实际上是针对各种设备。
