摘 要
互联网影响力迅速展开扩散的二十一世纪,经济全球化势不可挡,在此大配景下,我国跨境电商如雨后春笋般纷纷冒出,成为我国外贸行业一个全新的、重要的增长点。在经济全球化的影响力之下,电子信息技术逐步发展完善并且应用范围扩大,我国的中小企业发展势不可挡,已经成为中国对外贸易的未来发展方向。跨境电商对外贸发展意义重大,它是国际贸易的新模式,企业可以利用它开拓国际市场,提高中国产品在世界上的影响力,同时,这也是中国打开海外市场的一种有效途径。在此之中,物流则成为跨境电商极其重要的一部分,物流渠道的选择对中小企业而言意义重大。
但是,中小企业多频、小批量、资金有限的特点使得其在物流渠道的选择上具有相当复杂的情况。本文即从我国中小企业跨境电商发展的难点和不足之处入手,对现有的几种物流渠道进行比照剖析和研究,并提出未来中小企业跨境电商在选择物流渠道时的建议和对策,以提升我国中小企业跨境电商在国际上的竞争力。

Abstract
The influence of the Internet rapidly spread in twenty-first Century, economic globalization is a trend which cannot be halted, in this background, China's cross-border electricity providers such as springing up like bamboo shoots after a spring rain, has become China's foreign trade industry is a new and important growth point in the economic globalization. Under the influence, the electronic information technology development and application to expand the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in China have become a trend which cannot be halted, the future development direction of China foreign trade. The cross-border electricity supplier is significant for the development of foreign trade, it is a new model of international trade, enterprises can use it to develop the international market, improve product China influence in the world, at the same time, This is also an effective way for China to open overseas markets. In this regard, logistics has become an extremely important part of cross-border electricity suppliers, and the choice of logistics channels is of great significance to SMEs.
However, the small and medium-sized enterprise multi frequency, small batch, limited funds due to the characteristics of a very complex situation in the logistics channel choice. This article is from the difficulties and deficiencies of cross-border electricity supplier of small and medium-sized enterprises in China with the development of several existing logistics channels, comparing analysis and research, and put forward in the choice of logistics channel the suggestions and Countermeasures of small and medium sized enterprises cross-border electricity supplier in the future, to promote cross-border electricity supplier of small and medium-sized enterprises of our country in the international competitiveness.

中小企业跨境电商,主要是指多频、小批量、资金有限的跨境电子商务企业。正因如此这些企业的经营渠道相对大型企业来说十分灵活多变,并且具有比较高的采购频率;中小企业可以根据消费者的喜好反馈与市场变化走向及时调整库存,因此其所需承担的库存风险也相对较低。
在这种情况下,我国的物流行业受到了跨境电商发展所带来的前所未有的冲击。对中小企业跨境电商来说,因为资金方面实力相对比较薄弱,所以他们很难构建出属于自身的完整仓储供应链,跨境电商物流作为其发展的明显薄弱环节,较大程度上限制了其物流配送与发展。为了帮助中小企业进行跨境贸易需要配送时能有更符合自身情况的选择,促进中小企业交易货物配送时效的提升,我们要开展对跨境电商的物流渠道竞争力的研究。
