摘 要

服务业的重要性已经随着世界经济的日益发展以及我国服务业市场的逐步开放稳步提升。改革开放以后，我国的对外贸易额，成为拉动国内经济的重要动力，其中，服务业逐渐超过制造业，实现了由“工业经济”向“服务经济”的转变。其中，FDI在中国的服务业发展过程中起着至关重要的作用，成为促进其产业升级、扩大内需的重要力量,同时也产生了一些负面效应 。

本文主要从我国服务业利用FDI现状入手，对服务业FDI特点进行总结，并根据其表现出来的特征结合理论与实际对FDI进入一国或者地区的影响因素深入分析。同时，通过对技术外溢的效应即对外商直接投资对服务业的影响来分析我国未来服务贸易存在的问题并提出了解决措施和手段，从而提升FDI在中国服务业水平的积极效用,提高竞争力水平。

The analysis of the impact and development of FDI on China's service industry

Abstract

The importance of service industry has been steadily improving along with the development of the world economy and the gradual opening up of China's service market. After the reform and opening up, China's foreign trade volume has become an important driving force for the domestic economy. Among them, the service industry has gradually exceeded the manufacturing industry and has realized the transformation from "industrial economy" to "service economy". Among them, FDI plays a vital role in the development of China's service industry. It has become an important force to promote the upgrading of its industry and expand domestic demand. At the same time, it has also produced some negative effects.

This paper, starting with the use of FDI in China's service industry, summarizes the FDI characteristics of service industry, and analyzes the influence factors of FDI into a country or region according to the characteristics of the service industry. At the same time, through the effect of technology spillover, the influence of foreign direct investment on service industry is analyzed and the existing problems in the future trade of our country are analyzed and solutions and measures are put forward to improve the active utility of FDI in China's service industry and improve the level of competitiveness.

1.1研究背景及意义

1.1.1研究背景

随着世界经济经济一体化和全球化进程的加快，服务业已经成为各国发展经济的不可缺少的部分以及产业结构的重心。对此，主要由制造业吸收的传统外国直接投资已逐渐被服务业外国直接投资所取代，外国直接投资成为全球最重要的国际资本流动之一。2017年，根据联合国贸易和发展组织发布的相关《全球投资趋势检测报告》显示，2017年中国服务业引进的FDI达到1310亿美元，成为居于美国之下的第二大国家。

“去工业化”于上世纪70年代开始显现，由当时的服务业对外直接投资约占总股本的四分之一发展为到2007年全球金融危机爆发前上升到60%以上。在日益密切的国际合作和联系的推动下，外商直接投资在服务业的发展过程中发挥着重要作用，对于很多发展中国家来说，外商直接投资成为最重要的外国资金来源。
