摘 要

3D打印技术是在新的工业革命背景下的一种标志性技术，将来对人类生产、消费、组织和管理方式等方面都会产生深远的影响。虽然3D打印已经有了30多年的发展历史，但在材料类型、质量、性能等方面仍有许多不足之处，影响了3D打印产业化的发展进程。文章先讲述了3D打印技术及其相关概念，分析了国内3D打印发展状况和它的应用领域。然后运用波特钻石模型对国内的3D打印产业国际竞争力进行了综合性的分析，并且也分析了发达国家3D打印的发展及其竞争力。在将国内外产业进行对比后，发现国内的3D打印产业化发展仍然缓慢，技术研发较为不足，与发达国家之间还有着很大的差距。为了推进我国3D打印产业化的发展，提出了加大资本投入，提升3D打印技术水平，加强教育培训，促进3D打印技术的社会化推广，制定3D打印产业发展规划，把完善市场结构和发展策略作为首要任务，发展好其行业和企业间的合作。加强政府扶持力度，引起重视并制定相关政策性建议。

Abstract

3D printing technology is a landmark technology in the new industrial revolution background, have a profound impact on the future of human production, consumption, etc. will be organized and managed. While 3D printing has been 30 years of development history, but in the material type, quality, performance and other aspects are still many deficiencies, affecting the 3D printing industry in the development process. Article about the first 3D printing technology and its related concepts, analyzes the development of the domestic 3D printing and its applications. Then use the diamond model of international competitiveness of the domestic 3D printing industry conducted a comprehensive analysis, and also analyzes the development and competitiveness developed 3D printing. After comparing the industry at home and abroad, we found that domestic 3D printing is still slow industrial development, technology research and development is more inadequate, between the developed and there is a big gap. In order to promote China 3D printing industry, the development is proposed to increase the capital investment to upgrade the level of 3D printing technology, strengthen education and training, promoting social promotion 3D printing technology, 3D printing industry development plan to develop and promote its development priorities, strengthening 3D printing industry alliance, guild, promote industrial co-development, improvement of enterprise development strategies and market structure, strengthen efforts to support the Government's policy recommendations.

1.1研究背景及意义

三维打印技术，是基于一个数字模型文件，利用塑料粉末或金属粉末等材料，可以经过层层印刷的方法来构建物品的技术。在二十世纪90年代中期，出现了3D打印设备，在那时,是一种使用纸层叠和光固化等技能的迅速成型装置。它是把打印时用到的材料（机器内载有的液体或粉末）与电脑相连接后，和打印机原理基本类似，通过电脑控制把机内材料进行累积，最终把电脑上的构图变成实物。

随着日新月异的时代进步，人们的生活水平不断提升，与此同时，人口的急剧增长，为满足日常生活物质条件，人们的需求越来越多，这就难免会使人们对产品的要求越来越高。具有鲜明的个性特色、非量产并且做工精致、品质高符合人们心意的产品才会广受人们的喜爱。如今，我们拥有先进的三维打印技术，通过三维打印设备能够打印出我们所需要的东西，我们所想要的各种各样的物品。3D打印技术应用领域涉及面极广，例如：医疗行业、科学研究、建筑设计、服装制造、产品模型、汽车制造及食品制造等等，其发展前景十分明朗。 

3D打印在中国正掀起一股投资热，该行业将会获得真正意义上的政策扶持。从产业链的方向上来讲有以下这个四个重要环节：市场应用、三维扫描和立体模型软件的建立、三维打印技术（含设备）、打印原材料（钢铁，陶瓷，钛合金，树脂等）。具备一定实力的相关上市公司有望再度获得资金青睐，带动行业发展，提高产业关注度。

为了加快三维打印技术产业化相关的研究和发展，国家工业和信息技术部，适逢筹谋了高端设计和总体规划，并拟定有效政策来扶持发展三维打印行业。中国将得到新的发展机会在国家的大力扶持下，罗百辉（亚太地区3D打印技术秘书长）曾这样表示，未来3D打印行业是值得憧憬的。
