摘 要

目前中国农业正处于向现代化转型的重要时期，挑战与机遇并存。虽然也面临着许多难以预估的挑战与难题，但是近年来新出现的一些创新机制与模式如农业供应链金融、互联网农业等都可以使农户和农业企业完善与提升农业生产、经营水平，进而从现代化农业中获得相应的收益。但是，由于农业的特殊属性，生产的高风险，农产品的低收益，农户融资的困难都成为中国农业发展面对的巨大阻碍。因此分析农业供应链金融中不同的运行模式可以为农业供应链金融的发展与推广提供理论支撑，从而推动农业现代化的进程。

本文首先分析和阐述了农业供应链金融的概念和具体内涵，其次研究、归纳了农业供应链金融的几种典型模式和特殊模式，同时分析了这几种运行模式的优缺点以及在实际情况下的适用条件，最后针对农业供应链金融中政策扶持力度不够、运行机制不到位等问题给出了相关的政策性建议。

Research on the Connotation and Model of Agricultural Supply Chain Finance

Abstract

At present, China's agriculture is in an important stage of innovation, and challenges and opportunities coexistence. Although it is also faced with many challenges and difficulties that are difficult to predict, some new innovative mechanisms and models in recent years, such as agricultural supply chain finance and Internet agriculture, can enable farmers and agricultural enterprises to improve and improve the level of agricultural production and operation, so as to obtain corresponding benefits from modern agriculture. However, due to the special attributes of agriculture, the high risk of production, the low yield of agricultural products, and the difficulty of farmers' financing have all become huge obstacles for China's agricultural development. Therefore, the analysis of different operation modes in agricultural supply chain finance can provide theoretical support for the development and promotion of agricultural supply chain finance and thus promote the process of agricultural modernization.

At first, this paper expounds the concepts and specific meaning of the agricultural supply chain finance, second research, generalize the several typical modes of agricultural supply chain finance and the special pattern, at the same time, analyzes the application condition in the actual situation, finally based on the agricultural supply chain financial policy at present, problems of support is not enough, the running mechanism of relevant policy Suggestions are given.
