摘 要

在当前的国际贸易格局下，服务贸易在拉动中俄两国经济增长、促进产业结构优化升级等方面的作用愈加明显。服务业发展状态成为了一种至关重要的标准来比较各个国家在经济上的实力。因此，对中俄服务贸易发展现状进行研究是有现实意义的。

本文选取中俄两国服务贸易为研究对象，首先通过文献整理对中俄贸易的发展历史、贸易特点等进行归纳分析；其次论文对俄罗斯服务贸易现状、中国服务贸易现状进行分析并对于对中俄服务贸易发展现状进行比较分析；最后，论文对中俄服务贸易中出现的问题进行归纳，并提出建议和对策以进一步推动两国经贸合作。

A Study on the Development of Sino - Russian Trade in Services

Abstract

Under the current pattern of international trade, trade in services has played a more and more important role in stimulating the economic growth of China and Russia and promoting the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure. The degree of development of the service industry has been regarded as an important criterion for assessing the national economic strength. Therefore, it is of practical significance to study the present situation of Sino-Russian trade in services.

This paper chooses the trade in services between China and Russia as the research object, first through the literature collation of the development of Sino-Russian trade history, trade characteristics and other induction analysis; Secondly, it analyzes the status quo of service trade in Russia and the status quo of China 's service trade and makes a comparative analysis of the present situation of Sino - Russian trade in services. Finally, the paper summarizes the problems in Sino-Russian trade in services and puts forward suggestions and countermeasures to further promote economic and trade cooperation between the two countries.

第一章 绪论

1.1 研究背景

从20世纪开始，服务产业迅速崛起，随之而来的是服务贸易的高速增长。到目前为止，服务贸易已经成为一种重要的方式被各个国家用来开展国与国之间在经济方面的合作，在世界各国发展经济时的作用一天天变得更加明显。

迈入21世纪，中国在服务领域的贸易增速明显要比俄国来得快，但中俄两国之间在服务领域的贸易依旧是在最开始的状态。在全球经济放缓的背景下，中俄服务贸易合作空间广阔并且潜力巨大。国际环境促使中俄加强服务贸易是中俄两国货物贸易发展的必然要求，进一步加强中俄两国在服务贸易领域的合作是很有必要的。伴随着中国和俄罗斯两国在服务领域方面的飞速发展，不管是速度、规模还是中国和俄罗斯在经济上的密切联系，我们加大关注度并且进行深入研究中国和俄罗斯发展现状是值得的。

1.2 研究意义

新时期中俄两国服务贸易发展呈现出新的特点，国际环境和国家政策的变化为中俄两国服务贸易发展创造了更广泛的合作基础。针对当前迅速崛起的中俄服务贸易合作，本文在梳理以往相关研究文献的基础上，系统地从中俄贸易历史及特点、中国和俄罗斯两国的服务贸易发展现状及两者的比较分析、中俄在进行服务领域方面的发展所出现的问题和促进中国和俄罗斯两国服务发展的对策三个方面详细地对中国和俄罗斯两国服务贸易发展问题作深入研究。
