摘 要

中俄两国的经济贸易彼此依存，中国对俄罗斯出口以劳动密集型商品为主，而俄罗斯对中国出口以资源密集型商品为主，因此中俄贸易商品结构呈互补的形式，这有助于中俄两国经贸互助。然而，这种贸易结构显然处于低层次水平，没有高层次的贸易合作提供支撑，使得双方很难在战略方面形成深度、全面的合作。

中俄两国在经济贸易合作中，一向保持着较为平稳的发展态势。我国一带一路政策的实施，进一步拉近了中俄两国的贸易合作关系，使得中俄经济贸易关系可能会上升到新的高度。

本文对当前的中俄贸易合作背景及意义进行了总结，也对一带一路提出的背景及内容进行阐述。针对中俄贸易合作存在的问题，提出了政府方面的改进建议，如做好结构调整、优化对俄贸易发展政策、加强中俄贸易服务、建立有序的贸易秩序等建议；企业方面并提出了加强企业技术创新、认清企业在俄的投资方向、注重企业人才的培养等改进建议。

At the Belt and Road policy,the economic and trade

cooperation between China and Russia

Abstract

There are obvious complementarity of Sino-Russian economic and trade, China in the export to Russia's products, the advantage of labor intensive products , and imports from Russia to China's products to resource intensive products as the main advantage, Russian trade commodity structure is complementary, which is beneficial to the healthy of trade and cooperation between China and Russia. However, the trade structure is in low level, no trade cooperation high level support, makes both the depth and comprehensive cooperation difficult to form a strategy.

China and Russia has maintained a relatively stable development momentum in the economic and trade cooperation. The implementation of China's The Belt and Road policy, to further narrow the Sino-Russian trade relations of cooperation, the economic and trade relations between China and Russia is likely to rise to new heights.

For the government to improve the view of the existing economic and trade cooperation between China and Russia, such as do a job restructuring, optimize trade with Russia develop policies to strengthen the Sino-Russian trade in services,the establishment of orderly trade order and other policy recommendations; Enterprise aspects and proposed to strengthen technological innovation, to recognize the direction of investment in Russia, companies focus on training personnel and recommendations for improvement.
