摘 要

在全球经济一体化趋势愈演愈烈的环境下,世界各国间的竞争日益激烈,其中以高新技术产业的竞争尤为激烈,高技术产品是一个国家对外贸易的重要组成部分,对改善贸易结构、促进产业升级、提高一国对外贸易竞争力有着极为重要的意义。我国也积极融入这一主流,改革开放以来我国的对外贸易、经济增长均取得了喜人的成就。在我国“中部崛起”战略稳步推进的背景之下，高技术产业发展对中部各省率先实现崛起有着非凡的意义，而高技术产品出口额占GDP的比重则是现一省经济竞争力的重要指标。当前，从国际上来看，金融危机的余威还没有完全消散；从国内看，经济转型正如火如荼地开展。正是在这种环境下，本文想通过分析湖北省高新技术产品出口现状，结合省内相关高新技术开发区和相关高新技术企业的发展状况，对比其他省份的发展模式，从中发现制约湖北省此类产品出口的因素，并提出一些相关措施以振兴湖北省高新技术产品的出口。

Discussion on some problems about

exports of high-tech products of Hubei province

Abstract

Along with the strengthening of world economic opening and the trend of global economic integration，The competition among countries is becoming fiercer.，especially in the high-tech industry with high technical content of the competition is particularly fierce, As the most important part of a country's foreign trade,the high-tech products have important significance to optimize trade structure, promote the upgrading of traditional industries, improve a country's foreign trade competitiveness. China has also actively taken part in the economic mainstream, since the reform and opening up, China's foreign trade and economic growth have made magnificent achievement. under the background of the steady state of "rise of central China" strategy, undoubtedly , the development of high and new technology industry plays an important role in central provinces' realizing the rise, while the proportion of exports of high-tech products accounted for in GDP level is the key content reflects the economic competitiveness of a province. At present, from the international point of view, the remnants of the financial crisis have not fully dissipated; from the domestic perspective, the economic transformation is carried out like a raging fire. In this context, this paper want to introduce the export situation of high-tech products in Hubei Province , focus on the provincial high tech Development Zone, the development status of high-tech enterprises, compare it with the development model of other domestic provinces, found the factors restricting the exports from Hubei Province,and put forward some measures to the revitalize the export of high tech products of Hubei province .
