摘 要

中国与越南自古以来地理位置毗陵，最早可追溯到宋代两国就有贸易往来。地理位置的优越加上商品经济的发展，为双方边境贸易的发展奠定了基础。中越边境贸易的迅速发展得益于90年代初两国的政治关系的缓和，外交关系的正常化。在区域经济一体化的大环境下，中国与东盟国家的经济文化交流日渐频繁，由此也带动了中国与越南边境地区的经济技术合作，促进了两国的经济发展和文化交流。

首先论文将确立选题的背景意义和研究方法，回顾中越两国源远流长的边境贸易发展历史。其次在全球经济一体化的背景下重点分析两国的边贸现状，从两国的边贸概况，贸易产品结构，边境贸易的形式和边贸结算方式等角度来分析两国的边境贸易往来。结合当前两国的边境贸易发展状况，政治环境和边贸的发展前景通过SWOT分析法来探讨中越边境贸易发展中的有利因素与不利因素，从而根据存在的问题提出相应的建议和对策。

Sino-Vietnamese border trade development status and development initiatives

Abstract

China and Vietnam are close each other since the ancient times, dating back to the Song Dynasty , they have had trade. Superior geographical location and the development of commodity economy,laid the foundation for development of border trade between the two sides.The rapid development of china-vietnam border trade benefit from the noralization of political relations between the two countries in the early 90’s . Under the environment of regional economic integration, economic and cultural exchange between China and ASEAN countries are increasingly frequent, which has led to economic and technological cooperation between China and Vietnam border, promoted the economic development and cultural exchanges between the two countries.

First of all, the paper will establish the background and significance of the selected topic and the research methods, reviewing of the long history of border trade development . Second analyze the present situation of the border trade under the background of global economic integration , from the general situation of the border trade between the two countries, trade product structure, the form of border trade and border trade settlement between the two countries. Combined with the current development of border trade between the two countries, the political environment and the development of border trade prospects through the SWOT analysis method to explore the sino-vietnamese border trade in the development of favorable factors and unfavorable factors, thus put forward the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures according to the present situation.
