摘 要

随着经济的不断提升，服务贸易所占据的重要性要逐渐提高，现在能够促进各个省市的经济发展，同时也能过帮助中国提升综合实力。如果想要江苏省的服务贸易水平上一个台阶，提升在国际市场当中的话语权，就必须要增强其核心优势，这样才能在国际的激烈竞争当中具备竞争能力，让服务贸易的结构更为优化和提升，改善服务贸易逆差状态。

因此，本文主要研究服务贸易结构的优化，对江苏的外贸发展和经济增长有着非常重大的现实意义。首先，本文引言阐述了研究背景和研究意义，说明了本文的主要内容和文章框架。然后，梳理了服务贸易的概念及其结构优化的相关理论，并综述了国内外相关文献。其次，介绍了江苏省服务业及服务贸易的发展现状及特征。然后，分析方法用的是指数分析，从而准确地找出江苏省在服务贸易方面所欠缺的问题。最后，在前面几章分析的基础上，提出了优化江苏省服务贸易结构的对策建议。

Study on the Optimization of Service Trade Structure in Jiangsu Province

Abstract

With the continuous improvement of the economy, the status of service trade has gradually risen, becoming a new impetus for the rapid economic development of the provinces and providing a new battlefield for domestic competition. In order to better develop the service trade of our province and occupy a place in the international service trade market, we must obtain our own comparative advantages, enhance our competitiveness in the international market, optimize and enhance the structure of service trade, and improve the status of service trade deficit.

Therefore, this paper mainly studies the optimization of service trade structure, which is of great practical significance to the development of foreign trade and economic growth of jiangsu province. Firstly, the introduction of this paper expounds the research background and significance, and explains the main content and framework of this paper. Then, the concept of service trade and related theories of structural optimization are summarized, and the relevant literature at home and abroad is reviewed. Secondly, the development status and characteristics of service industry and service trade in jiangsu province are introduced. Then, using the index analysis method to analyze the structure of service trade, find out the problems in jiangsu service trade structure. Finally, on the basis of the analysis of the previous chapters, this paper puts forward some Suggestions to optimize the structure of service trade in jiangsu province.

引言

研究背景

近年来，江苏省的服务经济贸易的发展进程不断的加快。随着第三产业的迅速发展，江苏省的服务贸易水平也逐年上升。随着江苏省在服务业上的不断开发，基于中国整体的发展，也使得江苏省的服务行业发展面临很好的契机。在2003年江苏省服务贸易的总额是2.7亿美元，十年以后增长到了182.5亿美元，翻了十多倍，这样的发展是及其迅猛的，这其中，出口额增长了30多倍，2003年2.7亿美元增长到2013年的83.9亿美元；进口额在2013年的12.15亿美元增加到2013年的92.35亿美元，十年之间增加了七倍，年平均增速接近百分之二十。这表明江苏省经济有了大大的进步。

自2016年以来，美国原有的全球化构建起来的基本结构受到了不小的波动，特别是美国新任总统特朗普开始执政以后，开启了一种以贸易保护和制造业回流为中心的运作。很多国家由于美国的政策改变，纷纷开始实行一些贸易保护的政策，使得依靠货物贸易获利较多的其他国家的发展受到了阻碍。而服务贸易的产品没有形态，消耗的成本非常低，具有非常高的附加值，使得其在如今的全球形式下，可以获得更多的收益。除此之外，由于最近几年来我国内外货物贸易时不时遭遇不小的纠纷，我们的贸易方式需要重新审视和更改。所以，为提高中国在世界贸易中的地位，获得国际竞争力，不能只依靠货物贸易，还要重视服务贸易的发展，以刺激我国经济的繁荣发展。
