江苏省入境旅游现状、问题及对策研究

摘 要
随着全球经济产业结构的调整,服务贸易日益成为世界各国贸易领域的支柱,而旅游服务贸易则是其中发展最快,规模最大的产业之一。与世界其他国家相比,中国的旅游业发展起步虽晚,但发展速度很快。而江苏作为中国古代文明发祥地之一,历史文化资源与自然资源多种多样,吸引了许多国内外游客前来观光旅游。江苏省的入境旅游业发展一度领先全国,但近几年,江苏省入境旅游市场开始走下坡路,在全国的排名逐步后退,已经被其他兄弟省份超越。
本文采用定量分析法和文献研究法,通过江苏省统计局和江苏省文化和旅游厅收集整理了大量数据,从入境旅游市场空间结构、时间结构及客源地分布三个方面分析江苏省入境旅游的现状,结果表明江苏省入境旅游存在区域发展不平衡、旅游产品结构单一、基础设施需要进一步完善及客源地较集中且客源量流失,国际宣传力度低的问题。建议加强各市之间的区域联系,带动整体发展;因地制宜打造当地特色旅游文化产品;在入境旅游旺季前做好宣传工作,提高国际知名度;进一步完善基本措施,吸引人们来江苏旅游。

Research on the Status Quo ,Problems And Countermeasures of
Inbound Tourism in Jiangsu Province
Abstract
With the adjustment of global economic industrial structure, service trade has increasingly become the pillar of the world"s trade field, and tourism service trade is one of the fastest growing and largest industries. Compared with other countries in the world, China"s tourism development started late, but the speed of development is fast. As one of the birthplaces of ancient Chinese civilization, Jiangsu has a variety of historical and cultural resources and natural resources, which attracts many tourists from home and abroad to come for sightseeing. The tourism development of Jiangsu Province once took the lead in the whole country. However, in recent years, the inbound tourism market of Jiangsu Province began to decline, and its ranking in the whole country gradually receded, and it has been surpassed by other brotherly provinces.
By using quantitative analysis method and literature research method, this paper collected and sorted out a large number of data from Jiangsu Provincial Bureau of Statistics and Jiangsu Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism, and analyzed the current situation of inbound tourism in Jiangsu Province from three aspects: spatial structure, time structure and tourist source distribution of inbound tourism market. The results show that there are some problems in inbound tourism in Jiangsu Province, such as unbalanced regional development, single tourism product structure, further improvement of infrastructure, concentrated tourist source and loss of tourist source, and low international publicity. It is suggested to strengthen regional links among cities to drive overall development; Make local characteristic tourism cultural products according to local conditions; Do a good job of publicity before the inbound tourism season to enhance international visibility; We will further improve basic measures to attract people to Jiangsu for tourism.

1.1 研究背景和意义
作为四大文明古国之一,中国拥有丰富的历史文化资源和自然资源吸引着其他国家的目光。自1978年以来,中国旅游产业作为新兴产业,虽然起步较晚,但发展势头猛,逐渐成为我国国民经济增长的重要引擎。其中入境旅游市场更是迎来了高速发展的时期,在对外经济贸易中扮演者越来越重要的角色。但近几年入境旅游人数增速下降,发展速度缓慢,进入了瓶颈期。
