中国影视文化产品出口贸易现状、问题及对策研究

摘 要
随着经济全球化发展推进,各国之间的文化沟通不断加强,在一定程度上促进了文化产业的发展,影视文化是其中的重要内容。世界各国逐渐将国家文化软实力放在重要战略地位,以促进其对外影响力。一个国家的影视文化产业发展,可在带动相关产业发展的同时,提升国家形象,带动经济效益。文化贸易的发展成为了带动各国经济的主要内容,各国之间的影视文化出口不仅可将国家的形象进行改善,促进国际贸易之间的影响力,而且可将经济利益进行提高,有效带动将国家就业水平。因此我国也逐渐加强了对影视文化出口贸易的重视程度。但从我国当前发展现状来看,文化贸易发展起步相对较晚,还存在着诸多不足。从中国影视贸易发展情况来看,其还处于逆差状态,我国影视文化产品出口额较低,在这种情况下,如何促进国内外影视文化发展,满足受众的观影需求,促进精良影视文化作品的创作,将中国故事讲好,并促进中国影视文化产品在国际上的号召力,改善影视逆差状态,是我国未来发展中的重要内容。对我国影视文化出口现状进行分析,深入探究影响因素。
本次研究工作开展过程中,先对文化贸易的发展情况进行了解,通过调查相关文献资料,明确国内外影视文化的发展现状,并从我国影视文化发展情况入手,对其发展现状展开分析,根据数据情况,对当前我国影视文化出口存在的问题,并对问题进行深入分析,将其原因进行明确,根据影响因素结果,为更好地推动产业文化产品出口,对其影响因素进行明确,并给出针对性改善策略,促进我国影视文化出口贸易服进一步发展。

Research on The Current Situation, Problems and Countermeasures of China"s Film and Television Cultural Products Export Trade
Abstract

Film and television culture is an important part of it. Countries around the world gradually put national cultural soft power in an important strategic position to promote its external influence. The development of a country"s film and television culture industry can promote the development of related industries, enhance the national image and drive economic benefits. The development of cultural trade has become the main content of driving the economy of various countries. The export of film and television culture between countries can not only improve the image of the country and promote the influence of international trade, but also improve the economic interests and effectively promote the employment level of the country. However, from the current situation of China"s development, the development of cultural trade started relatively late, and there are still many shortcomings. From the perspective of the development of China"s film and television trade, it is still in a deficit state, and the export volume of China"s film and television cultural products is low. In this case, how to promote the development of film and television culture at home and abroad, meet the audience"s viewing needs, promote the creation of excellent film and television cultural works, tell Chinese stories well, and promote the international appeal of China"s film and television cultural products, Improving the deficit of film and television is an important part of China"s future development. This paper analyzes the current situation of China"s film and television culture export, and deeply explores the influencing factors.
Before studying the export trade of film and television culture, this paper first introduces the background of cultural trade, deeply analyzes the relevant theories of film and television culture export trade, and then analyzes and compares the market share index, revealed comparative advantage index and trade competitive advantage of China"s film and television culture export from the overall export trade volume of China"s film and television culture According to the results of the influencing factors, in order to better promote the export of industrial cultural products, the influencing factors are clarified, and the corresponding improvement strategies are given to promote the further development of China"s film and television cultural export trade services.

随着我国传统贸易方式的不断改变,各国之间的市场竞争力不断加强,越来越多的国家开始寻找一种新的经济发展方式。在各国家之间的沟通交流逐渐加强的背景下,国际之间的贸易出口逐渐增加,文化产品出口逐渐兴起,很多发达国家凭借影视文化产品进出口,逐渐加深国际形象,并增强对外的影响力。同时,文化产品因其附加值相对较高,具有环保、绿色等特点,受到越来越多国家的青睐。因此,促进我国文化产品出口,加强影视文化海外影响力,是我国当前经贸发展的重点内容。
